“Very helpful and knowledgeable staff in the store while choosing the fire. Had to wait awhile for delivery and fitting but when the 2 engineers came they were quick,cleaned up after themselves and explained everything about the fire and how to use it correctly. Found everything was dealt with easily from start to finish so great service”

“It a nice fire all I hope is it lasts a lot longer than the last one that it replaced it is the same model that I had we had it two and a half years and it had in that time been used for about eight months out of the two and half years very disappointing It has got a sealed unit watch this space.”

“Ordered our Gazco fire knowing there would be a delay on delivery. We were kept informed at every step until the fire was dispatched. Some back panels were slightly damaged on arrival. Direct Fireplaces immediately set the replacement process in motion and again, kept us informed about delivery. Staff were always very helpful and apologetic for the delay, which was a manufacturer's issue not their's. They were helpful, professional and very approachable throughout. Very happy to recommend them.”

“I saw the Elgin & Hall Pryzm Impero fire online but when I went to the showroom they didn't have one for me to see. After a few days I rang to order one unseen, the gentleman I spoke to was brilliant and gave me lot's of information. The fire is gorgeous and everyone that sees it loves it.”

“The service received from ordering the fire to having it fitted was excellent. Matt and Tom who came to install the fire were very pleasant and helpful. Explained how to operate the fire and its settings. They were very thorough very tidy. They also informed us of your service plan. Would recommend Direct Fireplaces to other peple.”

“Great selection & prices and very accomodating when we changed our order. Their fitter (Tony) was excellent and completed installation of new fireplace & fire in one day, working through until 7.50pm to finish. Would use them again if we had another fireplace!”

“I ordered and paid for a gas fire, five days later it was delivered to my house. A week later it was fitted. It is perfect and very smart. The coals look very real and the heat is wonderful.”

“Great supplier, great showroom I did arrange to pick fire up as I was local. Unfortunately it didn’t fit as packaged very well. It was no trouble for them to drop off in their van.”

“Excellent selection of fire places, no matter whether you want something modern or more traditional. The people were so professional and friendly, and spent considerable time with me answering my many questions and I never felt rushed or pushed to purchase. They went out of their way to sort things for me and I ended up with the perfect fireplace. Installation was perfect!”
