“From visiting your Bromsgrove showroom i was helpfully assisted by Annette, as my wife and i chose our replacement fire . It was quickly despatched to us and the purchase prices was excellent . The sales invoices was emailed to me promptly . I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to others . Many thanks”

“Only used once to check in this heat, but warmed quickly and held the warmth. Looks good. The lady who served us was very efficient and speeded up the delivery date, as our gas man was only avail on a certain date. She knew her product range. Thanks.”

“I was nervous ordering an electric fire online, but it was so easy. I am absolutely delighted with my fireplace. The delivery was fast. It was easy to put into place and the result is fantastic. It has changed my living room and my friends all think it is a real fire. Thank you so much for making me so ha.”

“I ordered a Dimplex Danville Optimyst Electric Fire, from the Bromsgrive store, with which I am extremely pleased. The fire, in an antique brass, fitted my fireplace absolutely perfectly. The only problem I had was that I was advised to have a full spacer, which was not required. I telephoned to pick it up, but was told no, as the would cost would be more than the £ 35.00, cost of the spacer. I then had to ask my daughter to take me over to the Bromsgrove store, 20 miles away to obtain a refund.”

“I had great simple advice which made the choice and decision to buy a gas fire easy and quick to make. The delivery was as promised and the fitters were also excellent and professional. Definitely highly recommend.”
