“I was really happy with the marble surround I bought from Direct Fireplaces. It was slightly cheaper than similar ones I could find on other sites and looks great. The customer service was excellent and delivery was quick and (importantly) free! I’d definitely recommend the company to friends and family and happily use them again.”

“Quality products and easy to purchase through your web site. Customer service was excellent. All calls and questions were answered promptly. Delivery was right on time as scheduled with assistance provided to bring the items in the house. Only problem is the amount of crytsals and logs for the fire were unsufficient to get the advertised effect. Some logs were slivers and some were large squares. Had to make an additional purchase. Thank you for your service and superb fire surround and inset.”
