“very soft feel, slightly less blue than the colour showed online (blue stripe set) but still happy with the colour. Pillow case openings are in the middle of the case rather than the end which is a little unconventional, not sure if there is a reason for this.”

“Good experience with Dip and Doze. The sheets are nice and comfy. The post sale service is really good - I accidentally ordered a set that was out of stock so they contacted me and offered a refund or a view delivery date.”

“Very pleased with my new fitted sheet and pillowcases. Only comment was that they were very screwed up after the first wash but assume this is due to them being 100% cotton. I would highly recommend.”

“I’ve had these sheets for a week so far. - the crisp and cool. I do like them And they certainly do live up to the “crisp and cool name.” I washed them once so I think they may become softer after the next wash. My only suggestion is to have more sizes. I have a EUR size mattress at 160x200 So I had to go super king which is too big”

“I bought myself new bedding as a birthday treat so I haven’t actually opened my parcel yet. However, after a lot of searching I was very pleased to find dip and doze made fair trade and organic bedding as reasonable prices. As long as the bedding washes well it will be my go to place for all future bedding.”

Good Afternoon Kate, Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review. If you’re using your tumble dryer we recommend removing your bedding while it's still warm and just before it's completely dry. By doing this last bit of drying naturally ( e.g. hanging over a banister, putting on the line, or laying the bedding flat on your bed) it’s like doing a touch of ironing without the hassle!

“The sofest, comfiest bedding ever! Initially had a problem with my duvet cover as it arrived with some marks on, however the helpful team responded to my email the same day and got a replacement shipped out which arrived only 2 days later! Delivery was very fast both times which was very impressive. I can't believe how soft the cotton is, it honestly gets softer and comfier the more you sleep in it, so the quality actually improves over time which makes it way worth the money. I always try to shop sustainably where possible, but this can often mean a compromise on quality for a higher price, but that is not the case here. Worth the money 100%. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again to the helpful and efficient customer service team!”

“A really quick delivery service, the colours and quality of the bed linen is beautiful and really nicely presented which is great as it was for a gift. I love that I can buy it safely in the knowledge everything is recyclable, organic and fair trade thank you! You just need to get more stock in as I was disappointed that some items weren't available on this occasion - I'm guessing that might be Covid related. Otherwise keep up the good work!”

Good Afternoon Jan, Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review. We are in the process of switching from recycled plastic bags to 100% compostable packaging. So, some orders may still arrive in recycled plastic but soon we’ll be completely plastic-free.

Good Afternoon Deborah, Thank you very much for taking the time to write us a review. We're delighted to hear that you support our ethos! Our brand is rooted in a dislike for waste (particularly plastic). However, the reason this is necessary is so that our products stay perfectly clean and dry. We’ve now developed packaging that’s 100% compostable. As our aim is to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we haven’t re-packaged our slightly older stock. So, some orders may still arrive in recycled plastic but soon we’ll be completely plastic-free.
