“The sheets arrived super quickly, we live in a remote area so this can sometimes take a long time. Packaging was minimal and all completely biodegradable (bonus points from me!). We haven't put the sheets on the bed yet but the quality looks great. Looking forward to a good night's sleep in these.”

“Quality of bedding is excellent and delivery was prompt. Having all the items in separate cloth bags which were inside plastic bags wasn’t really necessary although it was great that all the plastic was recyclable.”

Good Morning Siobhan, Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We're delighted to hear that you're happy with the quality of your new bedding! When our business started out, we made the decision to use recycled plastic for our inner packaging to make use of this secondary good. The reason this is necessary is so that our products stay perfectly clean and dry. I'm pleased to say that we’ve now developed inner packaging that’s 100% compostable. As our aim is to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we haven't re-packaged our slightly older stock. However, soon we’ll be completely plastic free and part of a community of pioneering business leaders.

“I ordered a king size duvet set, it seemed a little large but I was advised it would shrink after a couple of washes. I've washed it once and it is really comfortable and I think will soften up a bit more after another couple of washes.”

“PROS: Lovely comfortable beautiful sheets. I ordered Crisp and Cool white and they do indeed keep us cool at night compared with our old sheets. CONS: They are VERY crinkly sounding (even after an initial wash and air dry) quite loud when you move around underneath them. This disturbed my husband's sleep a bit, but he's gotten used to it. I'm not disturbed by the sound. PACKAGING: These sheets came in a cardboard box, and each item was wrapped in thin recycled plastic bags. OVERALL: Would recommend to someone looking for a beautiful cooling sheet set for the hot summer months”

Our cool & crisp fabric is designed to be comparable to a freshly ironed shirt or most hotel bed linen, which is why the sheets are so crisp. However, organic cotton has the wonderful quality of getting softer over time, so your bedding will continue to soften with each wash. I hope that helps!

“I’ve just bought the blue and white striped duvet set and am absolutely in love. It is the most expensive bedding I’ve bought but completely worth it for the quality and details, and of course the fact that it is organic and sustainable. Highly recommend.”

“I bought a Dip & Doze fitted sheet and a duvet cover. It came beautifully and sustainably packaged, and there was an option of a delayed interest-free payment. I have a deep 40 cm mattress, and the sheet fits better than any other I've ever had. Duvet cover is equally well made, and I particularly like the wooden button and double placket touch. The cotton has lovely soft yet cooling feel (I went for the summer option), and is sturdy without being thick. Everything about this brand exudes care and luxury, yet it is very resource and environment conscious. I am looking forward to my next set.”

“I ordered a King size duvet cover after some searching on the net. Really glad that I opted to buy from Dip & Doze. Beautiful soft cotton, excellent swift service, lovely simple craftsmanship. One note of advice: I was initially using the ‘Ocean hero’ search engine. I couldn’t complete the transaction via that platform. I had to ring D&D to seek help and was asked to use Google Chrome. It’s possible that some customers may have given up at this point. For my part I’m glad I persisted and bought an excellent product.”

“Was recommended this company by a friend who recently bought some bedding. I decided to give it a try. I was initially apprehensive about the price, but as a nurse who spends a LOT of time in bed after shifts I decided to splash out. Tried it for the first time last night and I am so happy! Wonderfully cool and comfortable. I also love that the packaging is 100% compostable. My partner (who was skeptical about the bedding) has today said “we should get some more”... and we definitely will!”

“The blue striped bed linen is beautifully made - no loose threads, attention to detail, natural buttons - and a dusky rather than 'in your face' blue. I love it. The cool and crisp pillow cases are a pleasure to rest on. Quick delivery too and all in sustainable/recyclable packaging - even the tape on the box is paper not plastic!! Impressive.”
