Good Afternoon Gary, Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We're delighted to hear that you're happy with the quality of your new bedding! With regard to your dislike of plastic, we’re completely with you! When our business started out, we decided to use recycled plastic so that our products stay perfectly clean and dry. However, we listened to our customers and we’ve now developed packaging that’s 100% compostable. As our aim is to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we haven’t re-packaged our slightly older stock so some orders may still arrive in recycled plastic but soon we’ll be completely plastic-free.

“The first reason we Choose dip and Doze to purchase our duvet cover and pillows was a recommendation from a friend that no plastic was used in there packaging. And the quality looked good from the pictures on line. Yes you can buy cheaper else where, but the quality is amazing every attention to detail from the quality material to the edging, general finish and wooden buttons fantastic. My Mrs was over the moon she can just tell it’s made to last. Postage was prompt as well I ordered late Tuesday night and received it on Friday. I would 100% buy again from Dip & Doze.”

“Excellent service. Towels arrived very quickly and are great quality. I did also order a matching bathmat, but this is a different shade to the towels (although I can live with this). Would definitely order from them again. It's great to find reasonably priced fair trade/organic products.”

“Delighted! At last, I’ve found a retailer that wants to tell me the truth and doesn’t want to hype their product & bamboozle me with thread count malarkey. I love the sheet and pillow cases. I love your descriptions - yes! I want cool and crisp, not the ‘sateen’ finish that every other seller seems obsessed with. Finding said c&c sheets has felt nigh on impossible. But I’ve found you guys, thank heavens. I love the packaging & the note from George. Clearly, Dip & Doze will be my go-to retailer in future.”
