“The description stating the bedlinen is blue is misleading as the colour is grey. The quality of the cotton is also average.”

We are sorry that the colour wasn't as expected, however we have added on our website that the colour is a grey-blue shade. We always try to make our images as accurate as possible, however we appreciate that on different screens and devices it can appear slightly different. We exclusively use the finest quality long-staple cotton, but we are sorry that it wasn't quite right for you. One of our other fabric options may be better for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like any help with finding your perfect fabric.

“Beautifully soft, ethical towels.; simple design but superbly made. I know where I am coming back to in order to purchase towels in future. Packaging that is reusable, recyclable and compostable - ticks all the boxes and then some.”

“Delivery and products were fine. Refund process VERY SLOW!!! They don't do exchanges, and it's been almost two weeks since my returns were received and I STILL haven't been refunded. Apparently the refund has been processed but I haven't received any email confirmation. The products seem nice, but I would NEVER shop here again. The service is not good enough.”

“This was Avery easy site to use, they were communicative re order status which was prompt and efficient. Packaging was eco friendly but lovely. The bedding is perfect, love the muted colour, texture is soft and gorgeous and quality is great.”

“I have just received my second set of duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases from Dip & Doze, and they do not disappoint! Easily these are the best quality bedding I have found. I ordered the grey striped set for myself and our son, who thought he'd died and gone to heaven when he went to bed last night. I bought the cool and crisp duvet cover and pillow cases, and the soft and smooth sheets. The bedding doesn't iron out completely and has a slightly rumpled look, but I like that actually and am not precious about pefect bedding. It's all about the comfort, and if it's that for you then don't hesitate to get these - you won't regret it! Well done D&D!”

“Beautiful stylish luxury bed linen, we are delighted with it. Cool understated design of lovely quality. Clever pillow case openings. Linen arrived in beautiful and useful cotton bags to match the bedding , thought that it would make a lovely gift say for a wedding present.”

“I have some vintage cotton sheets and noticed how superior the quality is to anything I have bought from the usual stores. I decided to Google "best quality cotton bedding" and found Dip and Doze. I ordered some bedding because I loved the sound of the company and that it's organic cotton. I wasn't disappointed. It was sheer pleasure to open the quality packaging to reveal the simply stunning quality items I had ordered, even surpassing the vintage cotton I was trying to match. I ordered the Percale, cool and crisp bedding, for our holiday let. This is quality like you don't usually find these days and no dearer than Dunelm. I am hooked. I can't praise this company enough and will use for all future bedding and recommend to all. Thank you so much!”

“Honestly, I know it may seem a little pricey for bedding but the quality of these are unrivalled. Absolutely stunning feeling - since I've bought them, I continuously get an amazing nights sleep. I bought a mix of 'soft & smooth' and 'crisp & cool' in The Original (both white & grey) and The Grey Stripe. My partner prefers the cool ones as he's a hot sleeper but we both agreed the soft ones are just fantastic. If you're the type of sleeper where bedding makes a big difference (who isn't really?!) then make the investment, you won't regret it. Plus, you're supporting independent and local which is even more of a reason to invest!”
