“My recent order with Dip & Dose arrived promptly and was well made with attractive packaging. But alas the colour of the bed linen was not as I had expected. Although it was advertised as being blue and white striped it was actually grey and white. I am dissapointed. Rather than gooing through the faff of returning them and needing to use them urgently I have kept them.”

We're sorry the colour of our bed linen wasn't as expected, however in the product description on our site we do specify our Blue Stripe linens to be a 'grey-blue shade'. If you are unhappy with the product, please feel free to return them using the free returns link on our website as part of our 30 Night Sleep Trial. Our returns process is really easy and shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes to complete. We hope this helps!

“Order placed and was received very quickly. The bed linen was packed in compostable bags inside drawstring pouches. Very eco friendly. Good quality bed linen and really bright white. Feels great. Looking forward to going to bed tomorrow after putting the new linen on the bed”

“I have just received a couple of ‘grey stripe’ pillowcases which I forgot to order when I got my lovely duvet cover. I love this bedding. It looks very classy. I usually iron it because I’m fussy but I find that it doesn’t crease much thereafter.”

“As a household we’ve ordered twice now from D&D, this time I placed the order and I have to say the service from start to finish was excellent. Clear communication upon placing the order, express, hassle free delivery and everything we’ll packaged upon arrival in an eco friendly way. On this occasion the order was for a new towel set and the products we received have been excellent. Much better than other high street brands such as White Company and John Lewis.”

“The blue striped duvet cover and pillow cases I ordered are absolutely as described and I am very pleased with the cool feel of good quality cotton. I was initially a little disappointed with the shade of blue but now like the calm colour of the blue/grey. The delivery and communication from Dip and Doze were perfect.”

“Amazing customer service and I cannot even tell you how lovely the towels and duvet sets are … the towels are the fluffiest I have ever felt and the duvet sets and sheets are crispy cool and fabulous. This was our first order and after excellent customer care we placed a biggish order. We were defo nervous about what we would receive as we do not know the company and we have been amazed by the quality … even the towels have these super cool hanging loops … genius … we will definitely be back … impressed … only teeny thing is we are still waiting for our sheets to shrink a bit …. Other than that a brilliant product and great company 😊”

“Really impressed with my purchases as I have good products here and they have an environmental consideration. The duvet set appears well made with great attention to detail, e.g. the stitching and buttons. The quality of the fabric looks good too as I’d like it to last. The fitted bed sheet is slightly generous to my mattress depth so it slightly creases at night but its not really a problem. It washed well in my washing machine and dried relatively crease free. Great, because I don’t iron sheets! An added bonus is my girlfriend loves it too, so I’m a winner”
