“Website was not that easy to use. I had difficulty in placing the order due to difficulties with their service provider, however using Pay Pal I paid for the order easily. The chat room was good as it explained what was happening when my order could not be placed. Order was delivered promptly.”

“Lovely duvet covers at a reasonable price, my only complaint would be that it seems like an unnecessary use of cotton to pack them in a single use cotton bag.”

Hi Jon-Paul, we're glad to hear that you're happy with your new bedding! We’re committed to being as eco-friendly as possible, so we put a lot of thought into our packaging, too. So often the off-cuts from production are just thrown away, so instead we turn these into reusable drawstring bags to avoid any waste. These not only protect your sheets during their journey, but you can use them over and over again.

“Ordered the cotton fitted sheets and they fit my bed perfectly, love the little bag they come in! Only used the sheets a couple of nights (hence the 4 not 5 star) but so far am very pleased with the product.”
