“The staff were really patient with my designs and how I wanted them to be ordered. Shipping and delivery was really quick. The quality of the print is good. The only problem was that compared to the sample pdf that I was given of my page order, one of the pages was swapped with the next page. Thankfully it wasn't much of a difference but still. The overall service was great though. Everyone loved them.”

“The print quality is good, but I ordered and paid for 26 copies and only 21 were delivered. Five books I paid for simply did not arrive. I only noticed upon collecting the delivery, by which point contacting them to fix it in time was already a problem. A short order of this size is a basic fulfilment error that should not happen. I cannot recommend a company that does not deliver what you pay for.@DigitalPrintingIreland.ie Update: after posting my original review, the company contacted me promptly and processed a refund for the missing copies without any back and forth. That response was fast and professional. The print quality of the books I received was good. The initial delivery was short by 5 copies, which was a frustrating mistake, but the way they handled the complaint was straightforward and efficient. Raising the rating accordingly.”

“Easy to upload designs and order print products. Quick turn-around and delivery. The only negative: the packaging was poor. The sideflaps were not taped at all. Luckily nothing fell out during transport, but I could reach in an pull out things without opening the package.”

“I had ordered 2 trial prints to check images etc and when final poetry book was printed ink seemed heavier and showed up some background areas on my illustrations which weren’t really noticeable on my previous 2 trials. I am disappointed that there was a change in production - albeit slight. I did speak to customer care and they said they couldn’t guarantee same print and said change in paper weight wouldn’t effect print quality. Is there anything you can do?”

“I choose Digital Printing because I needed a small qty of multiple stickers I had tried to do at home myself and the quality wasn’t what I want for a new business venture. The process was simple and printing time was very quick and quality was great. The only downside was I thought the cost was expensive but I was aware of it before placing order it didn’t come as a surprise but for this project I hadn’t time to do more of a look around. But for quality and efficiency I would totally recommend”

“I have used DigitalPrintingIreland on a number of occasions over the past few years and have been reasonably happy with their work. I do wish that a proof of the work could be emailed before printing as the lighting values can be off. On this most recent occasion I very happy with the output, whereas on the previous occasion I had to discard the product as it was too dark and I didn’t want to order a whole reprint (about 50 greeting cards using my own artwork). I’m happy with the pricing but I keep my fingers crossed when the order goes in.”

We are a direct to print service and ask for artwork to be provided print ready so we can maintain the turnaround time. However it is possible to request a PDF proof of your artwork to approve before we print but this will impact the production and delivery dates. We are available on live chat if you wish this.
