“The quality of the booklet is honestly pretty good. It feels sturdy enough without being too heavy. It also looks nice! Just hope that they would add features that would make formatting the pictures easier and more accurate.”

“The only thing wrong with my stack of 10 prints was that at least 4 of them had damage to the edges. I don't care as they are personal prints but I also sell my photography so these would be completely unacceptable.”

Just for future reference, if your print does not reach you in perfect condition then please always come back to us as we will launch a full investigation into what has happened and if the fault lies with us, reprint and re-supply your job to you in full. “In the online order I resized the print but this is not what was received. This may have been an issue in my end but I am a little confused how this occured on the site. However, followng a read of my original review, I was contacted and offered a reprint to accommodate what I had originally intended to order, so would have to congratulate them on their customer follow-up and service.”

“Very happy overall. Quick and the work is very good quality. I love the selection of possible cards that can be used, it gives me great choice as to the finish I would like for each particular card. It's also very helpful to my small fledgling business that I can order in small batches. Just one small thing: if the cards are held together with plastic bands, the top one or two of the bunches often gets damaged with the imprint of the elastic band and have to be discarded.”

“Dear DP, Very good that you are asking for feedback. I am very satisfied with the printing and the binding of the books, but not with the cutting. There is only one size A5, but is a different size every time. Once it was even 5 millimeters shorter (you gave me 10 new books, so that is good dservice), but from the last 3 orders I did (1 last year) only the 1st one was the exact A5-size, the other 2 were at least 1 and 2 millimeters too short. It doesn't look good for the layout. The space beneath the text should not be less than I make it. I know you do this by hand (which surprises me), but please make A5 --> A5! Hi Siobhan, Thanks you for the order and your review, we really appreciate the feedback. As we are an upload direct to print web service, we would ask for print-ready artwork to be supplied to us when ordering, as our system is fully automated. Unfortunately the artwork that you've supplied with your order has been set up as RGB colour, rather than CMYK which is needed for digital print methods. When our automated system has converted your artwork to the CMYK profile for printing, this has left your colours looking very dull and washed out.
