“Very nice quality and short turn around. Unfortunately darker colors are not printing well, and the quick turn around sometimes leads to mistake, though the company is good for sending replacement in such cases. Great variation of products.”

Thanks for your review and feedback. We are sorry that your dark colours dont print well. We do advise on our website, how best to create dark colours in CMYK to create the best effect: With digital printing, you don’t need as much ink to achieve a good black solid. In fact, if you use too much ink your print will suffer in quality and may require lamination to protect the printed layer. If you want a rich black solid, use these values: 30% Cyan, 30% Magenta, 30% Yellow, 100% Black. This gives you an overall ink coverage of 190% With all issues with orders, we always do all we can to rectify them so the customer receives the product as intended. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“The only issue I had was that one of the emails sent to me never arrived which delayed the delivery a bit. However the staff are lovely and once that was resolved everything went smoothly. The books arrived quickly and are great quality, and for a good price. Definitely would recommend!”

“I find digitalprintingireland.ie very very good but didnt arrive on Date specified. It was two days late but that was probably because it was very near the Christmas days”

Hi Maureen, Thanks for the great review. We are sorry to hear that your delivery was later than expected. This is frustrating for us also and is the reason why we can only estimate delivery dates. Once the jobs leave here we are at the mercy of 3rd party courier companies and individual drivers who are not employed by Digital Printing so it is impossible for us to 100% guarantee anything. “The quality of the booklet is honestly pretty good. It feels sturdy enough without being too heavy. It also looks nice! Just hope that they would add features that would make formatting the pictures easier and more accurate.”

“The only thing wrong with my stack of 10 prints was that at least 4 of them had damage to the edges. I don't care as they are personal prints but I also sell my photography so these would be completely unacceptable.”

“In the online order I resized the print but this is not what was received. This may have been an issue in my end but I am a little confused how this occured on the site. However, followng a read of my original review, I was contacted and offered a reprint to accommodate what I had originally intended to order, so would have to congratulate them on their customer follow-up and service.”

“Very happy overall. Quick and the work is very good quality. I love the selection of possible cards that can be used, it gives me great choice as to the finish I would like for each particular card. It's also very helpful to my small fledgling business that I can order in small batches. Just one small thing: if the cards are held together with plastic bands, the top one or two of the bunches often gets damaged with the imprint of the elastic band and have to be discarded.”

“Dear DP, Very good that you are asking for feedback. I am very satisfied with the printing and the binding of the books, but not with the cutting. There is only one size A5, but is a different size every time. Once it was even 5 millimeters shorter (you gave me 10 new books, so that is good dservice), but from the last 3 orders I did (1 last year) only the 1st one was the exact A5-size, the other 2 were at least 1 and 2 millimeters too short. It doesn't look good for the layout. The space beneath the text should not be less than I make it. I know you do this by hand (which surprises me), but please make A5 --> A5!
