“Very happy with the print quality, it was excellent, the paper was lovely, but all the invites were cut off centre even though a bleed line was supplied with the file. So a bit disappointed that they all ended up off centre. But still very happy with the overall quality of service and printing and speedy delivery.”

Hi Thanks for your review. I am glad you are so pleased with your order. It is always possible for pages to move 1-2mm in the print roller which is why we ask that 3mm bleed is included with artwork. “Dear Digital Printing, The reason I rate 4 instead of 5 is not because of the quality of the printing, but because of the 'wave' in the paper on both the width and the length (as shown in the picture). I do not know why it is, but it looks 'cheap', and it should not happen (which it does all the time) even though I use 100 grams paper (my books are reading books, so 300/silky is not suitable). The critisism I used to have about the books not cut to the exact (same) size is gone, because that is very good now, since you offer size of choice. Kind regards, Jan ten Brink”

“They were super helpful! After an error in cutting they were incredibly quick to figure out the issue and reprint my designs. Ian was a great help, getting back to me almost straight away! He was so understanding and really great to work with. I'll definitely be printing with them again!”

“Ordered 3m x 1m plain white banner with simple text on Tuesday. Delivered Thursday, however, banner material was lighter than expected & so bubbled despite being fixed by rope at all eyelets”

“Good work. I have the perfect bound book. Cut just right, good quality paper. Unfortunately, I probably have too many pages for the type of binding (260). Have to be careful when turning the pages as they can 'break out' Also had a small book which was saddle stitched. This one holds perfectly.”

“Excellent service in most respects. My order was very time sensitive and it wasn't altogether clear to me whether the 'express' service would have made a tangible difference. In the event, having waited almost 24 hours for an update, I was given a 2-hour window within which to approve proofs. Which I missed. A little more upfront clarity over what the express service offers, and on the deadlines for meeting delivery schedules, would have gone a long way in my case. This could just be on the website. Still, though we didn't meet my deadline, the service was quick and high quality and I would definitely recommend.”

“Fantastic quality printing service for a short run of an A5 book. The product itself is brilliant. Only problems I had was a bit of trouble uploading my file on the website, but the alternative method of sending the file by WeTransfer worked perfectly. Also, the courier DPD simply threw the order over my gate despite me being at home all day. Luckily, the books were very well packaged,”

“Used DigitalPrintingIreland.ie for the first time for a calendar print. I found the pdf template they provide very difficult to use and could not transfer photos to it so I switched to the Adobe Illustrator template having downloaded a free trial version of the Adobe software to use for the process. While still challenging (in spite of watching the starter video and contacting DigitalPrinting chat bot for help which it was unable to provide) I eventually managed to upload the photos to the template provided and convert it to a pdf for submission by email as directed. The Printer contacted me the next day via email with the adjusted pdf for my approval (they had removed the template frame and border on each photo from my submission which I didn't realise that you could do). The following day they confirmed that they would proceed with printing and the calendars were delivered by DPD within the promised 2 days timeframe. The quality of the printing was excellent (I had chosen the standard format offered) and for 50 calendars was very good value.”

“I am very happy with the product and the customer service. My only complaint is that there is no preview of uploaded artwork on the website before purchase. I am always paranoid that I have made a wrong selection on the size (as with my last order) or sized my artwork incorrectly, which could be solved with a preview section in the order process where you see your artwork on the size selected and how that will be printed. Just a small thing but would make a big difference in my opinion.”

We are a direct to print company and ask artwork to be provided print ready to go to automatic print for the next day despatch. “The customer service is very good, I order regularly from them, the quality of prints is not super good in terms of colors, but they work very clean and organized, which is very important to me. Ordering is very easy from their website. My last order had some problems with the colors, they were very Kind and re-done my order without any fee and with better quality.”
