“Happy with the print quality. A few copies were damaged at the corners but I believe that was a packaging/delivery issue. I would recommend this service. Quick turnaround and easy to order.”

“It would be unfair to post a review based solely on my most recent experience of using DPI as I generally find you attentive, accommodating and professional but I was disappointed with how the last order/s went and ultimately I missed two deadlines as a result. I did also have a problem previously with a book project which was collated wrongly and it was resolved quickly and very satisfactorily which I was impressed with. I am in business for almost 30 years and I know mistakes and mishaps are part of business. I realise that I probably also took my eye off the ball when ordering but I felt the ordering system was not very clear too from the outset. Happy to be contacted to discuss.”

“Our first order was lost by the delivery company so we had to wait quite a lot of time for our order but the staff were very helpful and sent another banner as quickly as possible keeping us in the loop with emails so thank you for that.”

“The order process was somewhat confusing which made me make a mistake on how many copies of each design I'd like. Customer support was really good about it and explained it to me. It was sent very quickly, unfortunately DPD lost it for a couple of days and it also arrived slightly damaged. One of the ends of the tube was pressed and he edge of the vynil poster was a little bit scraped. I was refunded the postage costs by digitalprinting ireland”

I am sorry however that there was a delay through the courier and it also ended up damaged in the process. Unfortunately there are factors beyond our control in the deliveries and we can only state estimated delivery times. We do always wish to resolve issues and when customers contact us regarding their products. Thank you for your review. We do value our customer support and do wish to make it as easy and efficient to place orders and receive prints. We do process over 1000 orders a day and would not be able to proof each job without dramatically affecting our turnaround times and only offer when specifically requested and state it can cause delays so we, therefore, do ask for artwork to be provided print ready. “Excellent product with super fast delivery, the only negative was the envelope in which the stickers arrived could have done with more reinforcement as it was damaged/crumpled causing some of the stickers to be the same.”

“The quality of the booklets and business cards I ordered were exceptional, but there was an error with the booklets that caused the pages to be in the wrong order. Thankfully, this issue was quickly rectified and I was sent extra booklets printed in the correct order.”

“Very nice quality and short turn around. Unfortunately darker colors are not printing well, and the quick turn around sometimes leads to mistake, though the company is good for sending replacement in such cases. Great variation of products.”

Thanks for your review and feedback. We are sorry that your dark colours dont print well. We do advise on our website, how best to create dark colours in CMYK to create the best effect: With digital printing, you don’t need as much ink to achieve a good black solid. In fact, if you use too much ink your print will suffer in quality and may require lamination to protect the printed layer. If you want a rich black solid, use these values: 30% Cyan, 30% Magenta, 30% Yellow, 100% Black. This gives you an overall ink coverage of 190% With all issues with orders, we always do all we can to rectify them so the customer receives the product as intended. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting
