The print quality of my portfolio was amazing, but the binding ruined the whole thing. The bind was too tight and therefore doesn't allow the pages to open properly.

hi , i received my stickers mixed with other company stickers , mine is bali bliss medispa & dermaluxe aesthetic clinic, other company stickers : handles and hinges , banners all fine

I ordered two sets of business cards. They arrived all mixed up with each other. I had to sort them manually myself, one by one. Also, a portion of the cards had smudge marks on them and as a result, were unusable. The only positive things I can say is that when I was ordering, I had a representative reach out to me very promptly to sort out an issue with the artwork, and the order was delivered on time.

Unfortunately, we cannot print again until you have supplied artwork at the correct resolution. The quality was not the same as pervious orders. Hole cut into corners where sloppy and I had to tidy up with my own blade.

Order delivered was incorrect - not laminated as per order request. Reprint was then delayed. Finally received correct order 4 days late.

Hi Sarah I am sorry that there was an error in your order. We did investigate this and resolved the issue immediately as we do always wish customers to have orders as expected. The reprint was checked with additional quality control to ensure this. As it had issues rather than send it out sub standard we reprinted again and informed of the day delay in order to provide the standard expected. The first time round a complete disaster Posters arrived with an off cut of cardboard wrapped and Sellotaped very amateur hour - brought it to their attention heard nothing followed up myself and they said yeah we know about that and we are trying to fix it- well you need to tell your customers what you are doing they are not clairvoyant. A few days later a new print run in a proper roller arrived perfect. No apology no nothing

I can see you did contact us and as a result, we did carry out an investigation and responded to your email that afternoon agreeing with you that it should not have been despatched in that condition and we did reprint another for you which I am glad arrived safely. In the email we sent you informing you of the reprint we did apologise for our error so I am sorry you feel you did not get an apology. My order consisted of business cards and stickers. The service was fast, the price was reasonable. The product: Business Cards - had a faint look to the colour and print and scratched/ rubbed away while in my wallet or pocket. Stickers- had a faint look to the colour and print. Adhesion is poor. This may be due to the budget selections I choose. I'm not counting the company out, I can only suggest ordering their premium lines if you want something decent. As for how decent, I do not know.

Hi Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your cards and stickers did not meet your expectations. I do see that your order was placed in November and your cards were chosen with no lamination so it would have no protection against wear and tear in wallets over a period of time. With the stickers you also provided your artwork as a png file which is a low quality image file - we always recommend providing artwork in PDF format with CMYK colours to represent colours on the printed page rather than on a lit screen. We got our wedding and day 2 cards printed here. The process was quick but 70% of our invites had small black print dots at random areas. While they are small it is very prominent on in an invite that is light coloured and doesn’t have any black on it. This is pretty poor as this is our wedding invites! Was really disheartened when I seen this on majority of our invites.

My cards arrived 1 day late (which is perfectly fine) but without envelopes. I know have been waiting more than 2 weeks for it ( and counting ) which makes it impossible to send them in time. Customer service is not being honest about the delay and giving me false hope that will arrive at any minute.

Print quality was not consistent, some in the batch (all the same item) looked blurred and had damage on them. Items were also trimmed poorly. Have ordered before so this was disappointing, don't think I will be ordering again.

Hi Maelle Thanks for your review. We do always wish customers to receive orders on time but unfortunately we can never guarantee this as there are factors beyond our control. Courier companies don't even guarantee so we do only ever state estimated deliveries. However, with over 1000 jobs a day over 98% arrive in the stated time. We would be unaware of your delay as we had not heard from you to state this, We always do wish to respond to customers' issues and resolve them accordingly - We will contact you directly now we know of this. I received the wrong package and paid extra money to have it expressed for the day before the event. Their policy is that they don't give refunds even if it's their fault... not even for the express shipping payment... Finally received the proper poster and it was blurry...

Very disappointed that my order wasn't fulfilled fully and instead received a part someone else's order. I would have been satisfied with a correct replacement product, however the replacement was once again incorrect. A part of my order was also out of stock on ordering which wasn't highlighted at the time and was issues 2 weeks after the initial first order received. However, they have promised a full refund for their errors.

Overall experience was good, But on design logo was not warped but when received it was warped. The white was slightly pink also. It just wasnt sharp enough for us to use on our products.
