I've used Digital Printing Ireland for about 10 years with excellent results. In the last project, the interior margins of my saddle-stitched booklet were not right. It's a small error on a small project; however, it does matter to me.

The printing quality and speed is brilliant but your website sizing is confusing! I ordered for a6 cards but the size came as a7 once folded which is very unclear so I had to order again. The delivery was also poorly packaged so that you could see the cards from the outside and they arrived with the cellophane ripped.

Hi Dermot Thanks for your review. ​I am sorry that the order did not arrive as expected. ​​We do always wish to resolve any issues so please do contact us directly so we can resolve this. ​​I have looked at your artwork and can see you have supplied artwork in RGB colour scheme which is designed for lit monitors and screens. When printed they do therefore appear duller when printed on an unlit plain page, ​We recommend artwork be provided in CMYK for this reason. We have contacted you to resolve this issue for you. all process was easy, arrived in time, but I had 13 cards out of 100 printed only half way, left blank, probably just printer issue, otherwise fine

I ordered stickers, Kinga resized which was great and I signed off, I checked the QR Code that was important for me to have on and it worked on the proof she sent me. However, when I received the stickers the QR did not work rendering them unusable for me.

Hi Bernie, Thanks for taking my call a few days ago. I have been trying to call you back to help you get some sticker prints you would be happier with. Unfortunately, my test print confirms the QR code would be too small on the sticker ordered and would need to be made quite a bit bigger to work. Please come back to me if you are able to redesign the artwork and I can have another test print made. Regards Ian.

Everything was good but I ordered envelopes to go with my gift vouchers and I never got them. I would recommend being able to preview what your buying also would really help.

We do offer to provide a proof prior to any printing and thiscan be requested when printing, however we do not do this as standard as we ask for artwork to be print ready so it can go straight to automatic printing. The print quality is excellent however matching the size of the print area to the label is difficult and in my last print incorrect.

I can see you sent artwork with a large white border around it so our system has cropped this to the size ordered and printed it. Very happy with how the poster turned out, slightly damaged and torn in the bottom corners, need to be slightly more careful when packaging the products

When I first received the booklets the quality was great and the finish was good. But after a while, the corners began to curl up. So I won't be recording the booklets from this company again

Products are reasonably priced and quickly dispatched, and helpline is brilliant, but in all fairness I have placed several orders and never once have I received a product that was actually properly aligned/centred. Everything is printed slightly off and I can't help but think there is no time spent looking at the first print to ensure it is looking good. No matter how cheap the product price I would expect adjustments to be made if need be to fix alignment. My files have always been properly aligned, it wasn't the content I submitted that was off. I have always had great customer service, but I'm not going to use any of the items from my last order as a result of poor alignment.

Hi Thanks for your review. I am sorry that you have had issues with alignment on some of your prints. There is always a possibility of paper movement in the print roller which is why we always recommend bleed and safe areas are included with the artwork. With very small prints such as the stickers you have ordered these small movements are much more noticeable. This is a factor of printing. With over 1000 jobs a day we do operate an automatic print system and do not individually check each print. We are always happy to resolve any issues and I can see we have resolved your orders with you each time you had this issue. I just ordered one Book this time and I thought ye would Print 2 as ye did in the Past. Was disappointed about that as it cost me almost 50 for 1 book plus Courier. If you dont reduce ur pricesI will not be placing a oder of 50 Books which i had Planed to Do to have Book n Shops for Easter . I was happy with Delivery etc. . Thank You

Hi Maureen Thanks for your review. I apologise that you only got one book when ordering one. We do print overs and sometimes the team would include them rather than recycle them. For future orders, we recommend ordering the quantity that you require. The more books that you order the cheaper each book becomes, ordering 50 books would reduce the cost per book. I have my cards printed through digital printing Ireland. I must say the customer services are at par , communication and consents all really satisfactory. But I didn't get the result as I was expecting. May be it's a mistake from my part in the selection of card quality or what, no idea. But the print isnt a very good representation of the original colours. Only if after recieving my artwork, if I could have a suggestion or advice on a selected paper, may be that'd be a game changer.

While the customer service was excellent as was the delivery speed. I found the website was not the most intuitive to navigate. In addition to this because no proofs were provided and the cost of a proof was going to be close to €35 plus delivery so I ordered the number that I wanted for my first run and then was disappointed with the outcome. Then when I made a second order I found the card was different colors for the same product.

the package was fairly dinged up when it arrived and the prints were a little darker than I would have liked appreciated the lil bag of haribo though

Also regarding the colours we do recommend CMYK colour scheme to match colours on a printed page as much as possible but even then there is still the possibility of colours appearing duller on the printed page. i had 2 artwork and I could only get one done - the artwork ( in pdf) , for some reason did not print well at your end and we tries unsuccessfully to remediate - there are some issues in the pdf format that could be be resolved despite , visually , the printing was perfect as a result we agreed on a reimburse

Speedy delivery and great quality on booklets that I ordered but pages were in the wrong order. Had to take staples out and turn pages around on all booklets.

Quality and service were fine, as was price. But the inability to see a proof resulted in the image not filling the print space. This was very disappointing.

However, as we are a direct-to-print service we ask artwork be provided print ready and do not offer proof as standard as we do get over 1000 orders a day and this would then make a big difference to the promptness of despatch. Fast delivery, easy to place order. However, the font colour on my cards aren't bright enough and so my cards look dull. I wish there was some way to preview clearly it to get a sense of how the card will look.

Hi Manasi Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your order did not arrive as you expected. As we process over 1000 jobs a day we would not have the time or man power to go through every order and proof before printing and therefore ask artwork to be provided print ready with the order. OUr website does list the best way to provide artwork to ensure accuracy in printing, including provided it in PDF format in CMYK ink types. The reason for this is because picture files on a PC such as the png file you provided has colours in RGB designed for displaying on lit monitors and screens and will always appear duller when printed. When converted to CMYK it will show colours as they will look printed on a page and therefore you will know how it looks before you upload it to us. We do always wish customers to be happy with their prints so we have contacted you to organise a way of rectifying this for you so you have prints looking as you wished. A very quick service but I think the standard postcard size needs to be made clearer. I picked the 1st option which was a postcard that was too small. I tried to change this but I was told my order had already been processed.

Customer service was good and your quick delivery and prices are attractive. However, the banner was scuffed/ marked in some parts and the artwork (logo) was pretty pixellated, quality of banner material is great but the finishing could be improved.
