“We recently ordered and received our wedding invitations from Digital Printing Ireland in the format of an ultra thick business card. The online service was fast and efficient to use and the dispatch and delivery time was also impressively quick. The only reason for dropping a star is the fact that the cards we ordered were double sided and the image on the reverse sadly is not centered and we lost our border along the bottom on that side, they are still usable however as it is only a small detail. Otherwise the quality of print and everything else was excellent.”

“Really great quality,delighted with them. Although on one corner throughout all of the prints it was a little bent and damaged,not too noticeable but was a little annoying. I will be back though”

“Good : Very fast delivery Perfect colour print Hight quality print Not good: 130gsm paper is very thin - not Happy with the paper choice Digital Printing Ireland never email me back with the paper question. I would like make another order with correct paper weight but I didn't get any help from company to get advice in this subject.”

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the paper weight that you chose. I can see you chose one of our lightest paper stocks which would be a thinner stock. I have to apologise but there is no record of you contacting us to ask about paper choice advice. The last email received from yourself to us was 5th Jun 2019. We also have our live chat support and phone lines to answer any questions you may have. “I did a proof run to assess the quality of my artwork. This did reveal some issues. Then i submitted the production run which was very successful . Why not 5 stars because the necessary proof run was a bit expensive.”

Although we have no minimum order quantity, there will be a minimum cost for producing any product but generally the more units you order with us, the lower the cost per unit. We can also offer you a pdf proof for approval before any job goes to print. This can be requested if during your order you send us your artwork via the email or WeTransfer option. In your email/WeTransfer you can add to the pre-populated information and request a pdf proof for approval. Please note, requesting a proof may affect your estimated delivery date. “While the order turnaround time is fast and efficient, the initial order I received had 12 pages missing from each booklet, however, after highlighting this to them, and sending them a photo of the booklets with page jumping from 44 to 57 as requested, DigitalPrintingIreland were quick to identify the issue and rectify it and I had a new batch of printed booklets within four days. Everything else was a good service, easy to order, fast and efficient process from booking to delivery. These little glitches do happen from time to time, we're not all perfect I'm sure and I will be placing more orders with DigitalPrintingIreland again in the not too distant future.”

I have checked with our PrePress Team to check the file which was provided for print and the file supplied was RGB. As we are a digital print service we ask for CMYK files as these are the 4 colours we use to print. If an RGB file is provided we need to convert that file to print in our four colour process and we do warn that this can result in colours changing and a darker print than intended being produced. If you would like us to check your file before producing your next order choose the email/WeTransfer option on the artwork upload page. This way when sending your file you can include a message for our PrePress Team and ask for this to be checked & advised and then complete your order.
