“I’d been looking for a place to convert my family’s vhs tapes for a while as I wanted to surprise my parents with their wedding tapes for their silver anniversary and read the reviews for Digital Converters. Honestly the process was so easy! I chose to pay the £9.99 collection fee as I was sending off a lot of tapes and sending by Royal Mail probably would have cost a lot more! You can easily track the progress of your tapes. DC email you when they’re being shipped back to you and I received mine the next day! Could not fault a single part of the whole process. The email responses were quick, customer service was fantastic and I’m already asking my dad if we have any other tapes that I can send off!! Would not hesitate to use again and would definitely recommend to anyone!!”
