“I couldn't be happier with the whole process!! From the packaging and sending away of our old VHS tapes (helpful instructions supplied) to the communications received to then our fabulous new discs arriving within a week all labelled and in a fab new case! We our now able to watch our very precious family memories. Thank you so very much!”

“Easy process from sending the reels in and getting my usb sticks back, I was made up with the results and got a discount also as I sent 8 reels in, really easy got my reels back within a week, would defo recommend you.”

“Great service. I particularly liked the way they acknowledged the importance of looking after my VHS tapes which held great memories of my children when they were very young. They confirmed receipt for peace of mind, the conversion was completed quickly and cloud files were sent to me before I received the returned tapes and newly converted discs.”

“Received the items ordered within a good timeframe. Received what I ordered and was of satisfactory quality. I did have an issue with the initial order on-line but a good customer service team were able to resolve the concern, their email was obvious on their website, which in my opinion is a good sign that a company actually gives a damn about the services it offers it's customers. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Superb service. I found an old camcorder tape belonging to my late father and wanted to see if anything was on it. We did hope to have found some filmed treasures but sadly it was blank. The guys at digital converters, returned my tape and didn't charge me for their time. Amazing service and very prompt replies to emails. Much appreciated at this challenging time. Highly recommend.”

“Finding a company to convert your priceless and precious memories on VHS was a worry. However digital converters understood my concerns. I sent the videos to them, they were converted promptly and now I have USBs that I can share with my family.”

“With lots of video tapes containing family memories, I needed to find a reliable, quality service. I sent a few tapes to Digital Converters to try them and was really pleased with the process from start to finish, with the files I received as good a quality as I could have hoped for. Needless to say I am now using Digital Converters for the remainder of my video library.”

“An excellent service. I had a large number of cine films to convert and Digital Converters could not have been more helpful from the sending instructions, communication during the process and the return of the digitised result. Unprompted, they also refunded a proportion of the original cost because some of the films could not be converted. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.”

“Very easy to request and arrange conversion. Kept fully informed throughout the process including all actions and progress. We were able to track items when sending and upon return. The VHS conversion to dvd is excellent, but you need to consider it is only as good as the original. Nevertheless a fantastic way to time travel backwards and relive those precious memories.”
