“Excellent customer service prompt replies to e mail queries , regular e mail updates received on progress 16 camcorder tapes transferred digitally and returned within the week timeframe as promised, I have sent in a further 9 tapes as a result would recommend thank you”

“Thank you for your very prompt and very reasonably-priced conversion service. A VHS video was converted for me in January '23. There were 'complications' of 'my doing' which were very promptly resolved at no extra cost and for which I was very grateful. “I was worried about sending precious cine film away to be converted but the whole process was so easy. Good communication throughout. My DVD arrived quicker than I thought it would.
