“The ordering process was really easy and straightforward. I was understandably anxious about sending off cine films full of precious childhood memories but I was given regular updates when they arrived and when they were on their way back. A very minor glitch with uploading to the Cloud was addressed and sorted quickly. I would thoroughly recommend and have just sent off another batch!”

“Absolutely brilliant. Fast and high quality. They even added some music to the DVDs of my 90 year old cine tapes! And also provided a personalised email service when I wanted to ask them about how my grand-father had managed to splice some colour footage in with the rest of the film! My cousins and I now have DVDs of our grand-parents in 1935 playing with our parents aged 4-10 !”

“I am so happy with my Digital Converter experience I found an old video 30 years old of my daughter’s 7 birthday and I wanted to bring it back to life so I sent it off to them to convert onto a usb When it came back to me I was gobsmacked at how perfect it was and I can’t wait to show it to my daughter and grandchildren when they next visit”

“In any good review it should contain the good and the not so good to give a true and benificial review for any future potential customers as to using Digital Converters services. I can say that this has to be the best ever customer service that I have ever received from an online company. From start of placing the order, very easy to complete, communication of the tracking of the order information as to having received my "tresured" videotapes from 30 years ago was very assuring. The quality of the transfet to digital was very good. Excellent 5 star - I am still trying to find a not so good point ? No I can't find one. The cost? when you get this good service you dont think of the cost. Thank you.”

“We used Digital converters to convert a couple of old VHS tapes to DVD format and found the whole process easy, reasonably priced and convenient. There was good communication throughout and a link sent to track the process. But what we appreciated above all is that when an issue arose with our order, Mark was quick to respond and kind enough to offer to redo it for free the second time around. We were by no means certain that a mistake had been made with our order and were pleasantly surprised with the readiness to rectify it nonetheless. Many thanks for your service.”

“Mark and the team were welcoming and highly professional from the start. They converted around 40 items ranging from super 8 and 16mm film, some with magnetic or optical sound, all around 50 years old, as well as 1/4 inch magnetic tape and over 26 vhs tapes, most being over 30 years old, some being on their last legs! I was amazed how some of these could still be transfered ok. The team kept in touch with progress, or whenever they found a problem, which was resolved quickly. The digital end results were just great, and was fantastic to view and bring back terrific, positive memories, especially when the family were really young, and watch them growing up on film or video. All of these memories are now safely preserved for future generations. I will definitely continue working with Digital Converters in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone!”
