“Superb Customer service. I had emails to notify me of progress delays prior to Christmas (I didnt need it for Christmas so it was OK) and although it turned out that there was nothing on the old 1960s Grunding reel in the end, they notified me, returned the reel and didn't charge me. Above and beyond in my book.”

“Just before Christmas this year I was looking for a VHS video that I knew existed but hadnt seen for years. I knew it was in the house but where? I searched everywhere and in doing so came across an old buiscuit tin with some reels of film in them from as far back as the 70s that my late father had filmed. I sent them off to Digital Converters and they converted them and put them onto a memory stick for me. I got them back just before Christmas and I couldnt wait to see what was on them. They did an amazing job. I laughed and cried all the way through them. They are priceless as a lot of my family in the films have sadley departed. I sent in an old VHS cassette as well which was mouldy. Unbelievably they were able to bring most of the film back to life and again put it on a memory stick. The films are priceless and I only wish I had done it a long time ago when they were in better shape. Fantastic service and at a very good price. Thank you Digital Converters.”
