“We had some cine-film, that was decades old. Digital Converters did ‘exactly what it says on the tin’ converting it to digital video, stored on a memory stick. Very pleased with the results, happy memories.”

“Really happy with service and my memories, however I was a little disappointed that 2 tapes were recorded over old videos and contained recordings of a football match and CCTV footage of outside our old house. Not memories. I thought they would have questioned this. Unfortunately not and I had to pay for this too.”

“I was considering finding a VCR player and buying a scart to hdmi converter so i could record some old family video tapes. Then one day I saw an advert on Instagram for Digital Converters. In some quick and efficient steps, my tape was collected and in just over a week I was sent a link to the converted video file online. My original copy was also returned. A great service with very easy processes to bring your 1990s memories into 2022. Well done!”

“Very good at keeping you informed as to the progress of your order. Unfortunately, let down by Royal Mail, you don’t know the day it’s going to arrive at your door. If you’re not in, you have to pay for another nominated delivery day (again you don’t know the time, so be prepared to stay at home all day. In my case, the Postman turned up the day before the scheduled delivery day, this time we just happened to be at home. 😕)”

Hi Anthony, Thanks for the feedback, it's great to hear how our service could be improved! This is one of the few things which can be hard to predict, with any delays in post making delivery estimates, not 100% accurate. As far as I'm aware, there is no charge to reschedule missed post with Royal Mail but if you had to do this we'd be happy to refund the amount in full. “Sent my wedding video to Digital Converters and am really glad that I did. The quality of the conversion is excellent even though the tape was over 27years old! “It is important to check the converted videos as soon as possible once you’ve received them because unfortunately the video I had converted had been cut short and they hadn’t sent me the full video. Just as well I checked it! But I contacted the customer support and they were incredibly helpful and got it sorted the same day. Turns out it was a mistake with their system or something that cut the video short. So I do recommend them but it is very important to double check the converted video in case they mistakenly haven’t transferred the entire video. Other than that, very good and will use again.”
