“Very impressed. Wasn't sure how 30 year old camcorder tapes would come out but are as good as the day they were recorded. Turnaround was quick and came back in cd storage case all marked up with details. Now need to sort the rest out and get them converted. Thank you its great to be able to watch again after all these years stored in a cupboard.”

“They have converted a box of 5 MiniDV tapes for me and put them on a stick. This was following an email question regarding my idea of editing the tapes, despite me having no experience of digital editing! A prompt and very helpful email reply gave 5 options of editing software, plus the pros & cons of each. Finally, they recommended that I take the conversion on a memory stick and on the cloud. Although I have little idea of what the second option entails(!) the mem.stick works so intuitively, I am going to give this a go. Finally, I have 2 more tapes which I am going to send in asap. They feel 100% trustworthy with my data and keep you posted about the stages the work is going through. 5*”

“Fantastic service dvd came back really quick and quality was excellent. Had an Aunties 60th birthday put from video to dvd she will be 85 next week.On the video is her husband who sadly passed away recently and other family members who have also passed away, when we found it we tried to watch it but the video recorder no longer worked so I sent it off when we watched it we could not believe how good the quality was we laughed and cried ,what lovely memories. Thank you will be sending more to be done .”
