“I was very impressed. Firstly, the service was cheaper than most and certainly cheaper than my local computer shop by a country mile. That makes a difference. They also produced the goods (VHS to memory stick conversion) perfectly, however, I'm sure most companies would do this and is therefore not necessarily what would make me use them again. It was the ease of transaction, excellent communication, simple process and professional attitude that make this company stand out. For these reasons, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you Digital Converters for a great job!”

“I sent a very damaged video which I know had footage of family members no longer with us. This was converted to a memory stick and it has been improved so we can now view this. Very happy to see this again and can't wait to show other family members”

“I'm honestly never experienced such a high level of excellence. Easy to use, IT friendly for me. Simple to complete the order and print the label. Collected from my house no hassle. Then it arrived back. Superb service well presented in the packs. The quality of the DVDs is first class. Great value for money and my wife and I are ttily delighted. Thanks. “I researched a few before going with them and I'm pleased with the choice I made. They made the whole process very easy to complete. I received a message confirming receipt and another saying the check on the media was okay too. This is very reassuring. The icing on the cake was another message to say it was on its way back. The resulting DVD is great with even a complimentary background music track (early videos had no sound). I would certainly use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“I sent in 24 mini DV tapes to be converted to files I could edit. The tapes were converted and returned to me in a timely fashion. Their quality is excellent and I was communicated with throughout the process. I would highly recommend Digital Converters as a company and will be using them again for the remainder of my tapes.”
