“i have used digital converters on 4 occasions so far and will continue to do so in the future. The service is great, videos picked up from my house by royal mail. And after a week or two delivered back. In my case my wife has dementia and it is priceless seeing her as she used to be. Keep up the good work preserving peoples memories. Thank you G.moore”

“The process of ordering and returning the films to be digitised was very simple. The free postage was a bonus. The films were returned well-packed and the USB and DVD was great. The conversion was excellent, despite the films being quite old. It was a very quick turnaround from sending the films to receiving them back.”

“I'm verry happy for choosing Digital Converters. From the beginning I was impressed how well organized they are, show me how to send and pack the videotape. Also a good communication, they kept me informed all the time about the process. They did a gread job, I received the memory stick, very good quality, thank you. “If I could rate this company any higher, I would! The process was quick and easy to turn my parents old wedding VHS tape into a digital copy and memory stick. Collection was fast and from my door, they kept updated on when my VHS arrived so my mind could be put at ease. Considering this is the only video I have of my Dad who died when I was 3, I was very worried to give it over to someone else. They managed to collect it, convert it and send it back within about 1-2 weeks, even though the tape itself also had mold/damp on it so we weren't sure it would even work anymore! Thank you for allowing me to see and hear my Dad for the first time in 23 years!!”

“Thank you so much! I was worried that I would lose the precious videos of my babies (now 30-something adults) as technology advanced. You copied my old VHS onto DVD and a memory stick so that the videos will live on. It was a treat to watch them and have that trip down memory lane :-) Good communication, items received promptly and well-packaged.”

“I had a VHS and camcorder tapes to digitize. Easy to understand instructions on how to send, tracked postage, great communication at every step, and quick turnaround. Email and phone number to contact if problems arise (none did). Just spent a wonderful hour looking at my babies' first days 30 years ago on my tablet. Priceless. No complaints at all! Used Digital Converters on recommendation of a friend.”

“Easy process to place order. Sent off VHS tapes and received back DVDs in a matter of a few days. Great service and home movies all looked good. Only negative but not a serious problem was the DVDs were mislabelled. Cost not excessive.”

“I have complete confidence sending my tapes to Digital Convertors. There may be cheaper options out there but the care and communications and end product with these guys is second to non. Send your precious memories off with confidence. Excellent, fast efficient serivice”
