“Sent my wedding video to Digital Converters and am really glad that I did. The quality of the conversion is excellent even though the tape was over 27years old! The overall service was very quick with regular update emails. I have recommended them to many friends and family and will definitely use them again.”

“It is important to check the converted videos as soon as possible once you’ve received them because unfortunately the video I had converted had been cut short and they hadn’t sent me the full video. Just as well I checked it! But I contacted the customer support and they were incredibly helpful and got it sorted the same day. Turns out it was a mistake with their system or something that cut the video short. So I do recommend them but it is very important to double check the converted video in case they mistakenly haven’t transferred the entire video. Other than that, very good and will use again.”
