“Excellent communication whilst the order was being processed, keeping us updated at every stage. And to receive the usb drive within a week of placing the order was great. Having viewed each of the twleve videos/camcorder tapes converted, we are delighted with the results ... each of the videos provided a lovely trip down memory lane, not to mention things we had completely forgotten about too!”

“I found two old reels of 8 mm film when I was clearing the loft . They were over 50 years old,one was my wife's 21st birthday bash and the other was our wedding. I found digital converters online,followed their easy instructions and sent them away. Within a week they were back with us on a usb stick. Wow all those memories brought back to life it caused a few tears. Thank you so much”

“I have been very impressed with Digital Converters from start to finish. They have kept me informed every step of the way, reimbursed me for tapes that had nothing on them and the quality of the conversions they have done have been excellent and very well presented. I was nervous about sending my family memories off to an unknown company (to me) but am so glad I did. I would wholeheartedly recommend them!”

“I could not fault the service. I live close enough to drop my tapes off and pick up the tapes again - it only took them a few days. I had 3 USB sticks prepared and used their ‘cloud’ option too. Picture and sound quality is really good and it all looks fantastic on my smart tv. They had labelled all the original tapes as instructed and it’s easy to navigate through everything with the tv remote. I took in 27 x 1hour mini digital tapes and was very happy with the discounted price for multiple tapes ( as compared to other companies). Their ‘cloud ‘ option is under development and I am waiting to see if they can develop a security system which would enable me to be the only one release the videos from the cloud eg have an administrator setting. I am very happy to let selected people have access to my home movies but I don’t want them to be forwarded on via the cloud to others. Also I had not realised that you only get access to the cloud copies for 1 year and need to pay an annual subscription thereafter- I am still glad I have this option though.”

“So pleased with the service from digital converters from start to finish! Instructions were really clear and the vhs tapes arrived safely. I was notified as soon as they arrived and my 3 tapes were converted and despatched within a matter of days! Their communication is great and any questions I had were answered immediately! Would definitely recommend this company, they really show that they care about the service they deliver and it’s not just a job!”

“I had a few family videos that are very important to me. A friend tried to convert them but it didn't work well so I thought I sent them to Digital Converters to see if they could do a better job. The result was perfect copies of the original VHS tapes. I couldn't be happier with their work.”
