“My son has only been once for a trial. I registered him a while before he was old enough but I had to contact them once he was to find out when he would get a place. I signed up & ordered his kit on Saturday but it only arrived at 5pm the following Friday so was too late to wash it before his first class. We didn’t get a sticker chart as stated in the pack & the smallest kit size is 18 months plus - our son is small for his age so the kit is too big for him”

Hi, Thanks for your review and bringing up your issues to us here. I can see your child turned 18 months at the end of July and was invited down a week later, we don't make anyone wait longer than they need to so we would have been in touch to invite him down as soon as there was space as it is all dependent on space at the time of him turning 18 months. If the class was full at the time of him turning 18 months we would have needed to wait for a space to invite him down. Your kit was sent on the Monday after you signing up on the previous Saturday and delivery was attempted twice before being delivered on the Friday at 1530. Your email and telephone number was also given to Hermes for tracking details. Apologies you didn't receive a sticker chart, this has not been brought to our attention before this review but now it has we will send 1 out today for you so that should be with you before this weekend. Unfortunately the 18 months kit is the smallest we do as our age range for classes is 18 months - 5 years so the kit sizes reflect these age groups. Hopefully your little one will grow into it soon and continue to enjoy our classes. Thanks, Becky TeamDiddi

Hi, Sorry you felt the clothes were of poor quality for the price. I can see you have only recently signed up and so will have recieved our starter pack which includes a football kit, football, water bottle, backpack and sticker chart all delivered to your home address for £24.99. All of this is discounted as it is part of your sign up fee and so you get a lot for the price paid. Our football kits are of the highest quality and so I have emailed you to gain more insight into what the problem seemed to be with your kit upon receiving it a couple of weeks ago to see what we can do to fix this for you. “We have only had one trial and I've signed my son up because he loves playing with a football and watching other toddlers have fun with a football. I think it will be great for him in the long run. Hoping there will be some outdoor sessions in good weather and a lot more activities to what I have seen so far for the children to develop there skills.”
