“My son has attended at Wakefield from being 18months old and just finished his last session at 3 to go onto playing within a grass roots team. He enjoyed all the games and loved his coaches Noah, Megan, Taya and Ryan they really do go above and beyond for all the children. Diddikicks has definitely influenced his love for football and we will all miss Sunday morning session.”

“We started at Diddikicks with our eldest son in 2014, he finished at age 5 and we didn't hesitate to sign our youngest son up in 2022, he will soon finish in a few weeks to join a grass roots club. Both boys have loved their sessions and would highly recommend Diddikicks, especially their Wlimslow venue where we have used for both boys.”

“Lewis in the Walton class in Liverpool was absolutely brilliant with my little boy! It was Lewis’ first week this week and my little boy has been losing focus during class for a couple of months now but Lewis really helped him and my little boy did so well today i’m so pleased! Thank you Lewis!”

“Staff do not engage with the children half the time they look disinterested and busy chatting about their social life. Main lead chewing gum every session which i feel is unprofessional. It’s a shame as the activities are good but it’s sadly let down by the staff running it”

“Our daughter attended Diddikicks from 18months - 5years. She loved every session. The coaches were brilliant with her & all the other children, gently encouraging them and teaching them new skills; both in football and more general things, such as turn taking and being a team player. It is amazing, as a parent, to watch everything come together over time. From the moment the tiny toddlers begin in Dids, the skills are being taught and gradually built upon, so when they reach the Bigs class the children they have a plethora of skills and are confident footballers and excellent team players. Aside from the skills learnt, our daughter also made some really good friends, who we still see outside of the football sessions. I would definitely recommend Diddikicks to families with young children - the benefits reach much further than just learning to kick a ball.”

“Coach Riya, Ben & Ryan at blackpool Staining stadium are truly amazing with my little girl, really made her feel comfortable and engaged from day 1 when she really struggled to settle in and with everyone else in the class. “Absolutely joke. Diddikicks offers sessions for 18 months to 5 years. When I saw the advert and enquiried it was 6 weeks wait. I have so far waited 29 weeks and when I have emailed customer service I have been advised that he has now been moved to another waiting list which is even longer. So by the time he actually does get to join it will be time to leave. Unless your child is 1 month I recommend not signing up.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I completely understand how frustrating it is to be waiting for a space, especially when you’re eager for your child to start something new. To clarify the situation accurately: When you first joined the waiting list, your child was in our Mids age group. Once he turned 3.5 years old, he naturally moved into the Bigs list. This isn’t a “longer” list, but it does move more slowly because spaces in that age group become available less frequently. Importantly, your original registration date is always honoured as he kept his place in the queue based on when you first signed up. Our waiting lists exist simply because demand is extremely high and our classes are deliberately capped in size so we can keep the quality, coach ratios and developmental experience at the standard parents expect from us. I do appreciate that long waits can be disappointing, but I hope it is reassuring to know that the delay isn’t due to anything being changed or mishandled. It is purely a reflection of how popular this age group is. If you would like, I can review nearby locations or times that may move faster, or keep an eye out for any earlier openings. Please feel free to reply to this message and I will be happy to help.

“Diddikicks has provided my son with the opportunity to flourish, gaining confidence in not only physical ability and coordination but also forming improved social skills. The sessions are orchastrated well by the lead coach Will (Great Sankey branch) who has a great understanding of how to pace the sessions and communicates amazingly with the children capturing their attention and shows amazing patience when working with multiple 2-3 year olds. The supporting coaches Naeve and Grace have a lovely way about them constantly watching the children and providing support at every opportunity.”
