“I enrolled my son in Diddikicks when he was just 2 years old, and he has been attending for the past 3 years. He’s now 5 and still loves every session! “Absolutely joke. Diddikicks offers sessions for 18 months to 5 years. When I saw the advert and enquiried it was 6 weeks wait. I have so far waited 29 weeks and when I have emailed customer service I have been advised that he has now been moved to another waiting list which is even longer. So by the time he actually does get to join it will be time to leave. Unless your child is 1 month I recommend not signing up.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I completely understand how frustrating it is to be waiting for a space, especially when you’re eager for your child to start something new. To clarify the situation accurately: When you first joined the waiting list, your child was in our Mids age group. Once he turned 3.5 years old, he naturally moved into the Bigs list. This isn’t a “longer” list, but it does move more slowly because spaces in that age group become available less frequently. Importantly, your original registration date is always honoured as he kept his place in the queue based on when you first signed up. Our waiting lists exist simply because demand is extremely high and our classes are deliberately capped in size so we can keep the quality, coach ratios and developmental experience at the standard parents expect from us. I do appreciate that long waits can be disappointing, but I hope it is reassuring to know that the delay isn’t due to anything being changed or mishandled. It is purely a reflection of how popular this age group is. If you would like, I can review nearby locations or times that may move faster, or keep an eye out for any earlier openings. Please feel free to reply to this message and I will be happy to help.

“Diddikicks has provided my son with the opportunity to flourish, gaining confidence in not only physical ability and coordination but also forming improved social skills. The sessions are orchastrated well by the lead coach Will (Great Sankey branch) who has a great understanding of how to pace the sessions and communicates amazingly with the children capturing their attention and shows amazing patience when working with multiple 2-3 year olds. The supporting coaches Naeve and Grace have a lovely way about them constantly watching the children and providing support at every opportunity.”

“Diddikicks has been a great experience for our son. He joined at 18 months and stayed until he was 5. As well as helping him develop his football skills it really did help build his confidence and improve his listening skills. It also helped him with learning his numbers and colours. The coaches have been really great and we were so happy when Coach T came back to Horsforth as he had the knack of getting our son to listen! Diddikicks kicks is good value and the sticker and shirt collection really motivated our son. The Easter, Christmas and birthday gifts/cards were also a nice touch. Thank you Diddi.”

“My daughter has been at Diddikicks since she was 18 months. She's always been on the shy side but the coaches at Burnley have been amazing with her and I see them going above and beyond every week for all the kids they work with. She has loved the games, collecting the stickers, and was over the moon when she met Diddi himself! It's been great for developing her motor skills too. We will definitely be bringing our son as soon as he is old enough. Thank you!”

“Ben has been going to Diddikicks since he was 18 months old. He’s just turning 5 and a half and had his last session this weekend. We’re so sad it’s come to an end, he’s loved going every week and he’s learnt so much more than we realised - he’s joined a local team and is doing really well!! “Premier league football kits can sometimes come too small for the age/size bought or the top may fit but the shorts are too big and so on. The Diddikicks kit and tracksuit was perfect. My son is 19months and I bought the 18-24months size thinking it may come and be too tight or the pants would be too long… It was perfect!”
