The sessions themselves are great. Keeping the toddlers active. However I was disappointed when I recieved the kit and saw it wasn't actually a hardcase backpack as you had shown in the pictures on the site when I was placing the order. When attending the next session all parents had hardcase backpacks so it was confusing as mime wasn't what I thought I was supposed to get.

Unfortunately, in this instance, it seems we did not achieve this due to an oversight in updating our online imagery in line with our new product launch. My son enjoyed it at his trial run the only thing I’m not happy with is that I had 48 hours to sign up and I told use I was on holiday for 2 weeks and use was closed for a week meaning my son only coming once in the month but I had to pay the full £60

We only give 48 hours to sign up due to waiting lists as it wouldn't be fair to those on the waiting lists if we delayed their start date whilst waiting for other people to potentially sign up. We can see you were waiting for a few months before inviting so hopefully can appreciate that. You had a free trial on 23rd July and then signed up which is great! We understand you were then on holiday but as per the terms and conditions you agreed to upon signing up the place is reserved regardless of attendance due to said waiting lists. We hope you are still enjoying your classes! Anything further we can help with please do let us know.
Letters not available so delayed kit arriving

I’ve moved Leo from Kixx to Diddikicks because his brother used to go to Diddikicks and the time suits us better. I prefer the kit and like the idea of a reward chart which Kixx don’t do. My only suggestion is that the couches could be a little more enthusiastic with the little ones. They’re quite quiet and there’s not a lot of encouragement. Oh and the balls looks dirty. Thanks

I think we were expecting the coaches to be more involved and helping to get little one involved

My son loves attending football every week, however I do feel like the coaches could be more enthusiastic to get the children to engage more.

Think it’s very over priced for what they actually do. Kit is small sizing and had to pay postage to send it back which is ridiculous after paying over £50 to start with. We will see what the next few weeks bring and hope it improves. Also one of the coaches looks like he needs a career change or at least a good nights sleep as he yawns throughout the lesson.

Hi. I'm sorry that you feel that we're overpriced. We're actually a fair bit cheaper than our closest competitor (21% cheaper!) while ensuring an extra member of staff and smaller class sizes. As you can imagine we send many kits out each week and have not had the feedback that they are too small beforehand. I'll speak with the Franchise Partner in Rochdale about the coach for you too- Would you be able to provide any further information?
My sons enjoying diddi kicks, the blue and red stickers helped for left and right. He still finds it hard to do little kicks, most boys just know one things "big kick".

Hi. I'm glad he enjoyed our 'Left & Right' themed week. I wouldn't worry about too many big kicks for now... afer all, he's not even 2 yet. I'm sure Coach Patrick will have him working on those controlled little (or diddi) kicks in no time.
The idea of it is great but I think it’s unfair to spend a lot of money up front within the first week because then you are committed. The first week my son enjoyed it but every week since I have struggled to get him to take part. The coaches don’t help with this either and last week (week 3) I ended up sitting on the side with my son whilst everyone else was taking part. Neither one of the coaches came up to us to see if we were doing ok or suggest anything to help and I feel disappointed. I have forked out £70 odd quid within the first week for a kit that is more than likely going to get thrown away now as he doesn’t like going.

I can see from our records that you signed up to the class on Thursday, and we emailed you on Friday to explain that our delivery of footballs was delayed so we would post that out separate to your kit. The taster session was great. The kit pack was good although we had to purchase the socks separately. But the first official lesson was a bit of a let down as the activities and games were far too advanced for 2.5yr olds nevermind 18-24months. We had to leave our session early as the children in the session were just doing their own thing and our twins were struggling. It would be much better to use the same activity and game for 2-3 weeks, swapping one new skill or activity at a time rather than trying to explain each activity each week to toddlers who struggle to listen and understand. They require repetition to fully engage. Our children attend a ballet class and a gymnastic class for 18months to 3yrs where they enjoy predicting the next activity or at least the next set of equipment eg. Ribbons, cones, balls.

Hi, Great to hear you have joined TeamDiddi! I can see you added the socks as part of the sign up pack which are discounted to £2.24 during sign up as well as other extras being discounted there too. The sign up pack is hugely discounted and great value for money already (if you compare to how much the items are separately on the shop). With regards to you wanting the sessions to be repetitive every week, we do have the same structure which encourages acknowledgement of what is next. So, we all say hello in the circle and do the copy coach actions every week, game 1 is then played, game 2, goals and cool down. That is the same structure every single week but playing different games and different goals every week to keep it fun and exciting for the children. Thanks, TeamDiddi
We have attended 2 Diddikicks sessions up to now and have enjoyed them both. My only criticism would be that there have been different coaches for both sessions and although all coaches have done a good job of the sessions, the children would benefit from some continuity of coaching staff rather than having different coaches each week.

Hi, thank you for your review! Our stadiums do have 3 set coaches every week however if there is illness or time off we do replace staff for that week rather than cancelling the class. Unfortunately with covid illnesses this has happened more than we like so again we have replaced coaches rather than upsetting all the children and cancelling. You will start to see your regular 3 coaches over the next few weeks!
Daughter seems to enjoy it, couldn't sign up without buying the kit and the biggest size doesn't fit her.

Hi Melanie. Sorry to hear this. I’ve just looked at the tracking and the parcel is shown as delivered with a GPS tag. Is it possible it’s been delivered to a neighbour in error? Please call us on 0161 300 4665 to discuss further if necessary, so that we can get to the bottom of this together.

Hi Gary. Did you ask Coach Thomas or Coach Oliver for the surprise egg when you attended this weekend (or last)? As explained in our terms, all gifts remain at stadiums for 2 weeks before being returned to the central offices so that they may be claimed by parents/guardians on their child's behalf. I will speak to your Franchise Partner, Shauna, and ensure gifts aren't collected this week and leave a note for Oliver/Thomas to seek you out this weekend.
