⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Classes – Absolutely Brilliant! The classes in Nottingham are perfect—if we could give them 10 stars, we would! The teachers are fantastic, so positive and energetic, making every session enjoyable. Thank you for creating such a great environment for our little girl. ⭐️ for Customer Service Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the customer service. The manager, Becky, comes across as unprofessional in her communication. A more customer-focused approach would go a long way, or perhaps the company has too many customers and no longer prioritises good service. A little retraining in professionalism and tone would be beneficial.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so pleased to hear how much you’re enjoying the classes and that your little one is having a great time. 💙 We’re sorry to hear your experience with customer service didn’t meet expectations. We always strive to provide a positive experience across all areas, so we appreciate your comments and will take them on board to improve. Thanks TeamDiddi
We were really excited when we finally got our daughter a place at diddy kicks. We've enjoyed going to lots of toddler/preschooler groups so we were excited to see what diddy kicks would be like. And what a huge disappointment. The 'coaches' felt so unengage, they barely talked to my daughter the whole 4 weeks she was there. My daughter got hit on the head twice with her ball (kinda part of football really so that wasn't the issue) and got very upset, crying but not once did any of the 'coaches' check in with her to ask if she was OK. There was a game she was scared of playing and each week she sat out. Not once did any of the coaches try and encourage her to participate. As mentioned we've been to loads of kids clubs and have never experienced the leader who are so bad with kids.

We went to our trial lesson. You couldn’t really tell when it started or ended. The tasks given to kids felt a little advanced for their age, no one actually acknowledged or said anything how the trial went, came to discuss anything or tell us what next steps are. Following the end of the trial we got a generic automated email sign up or get off the waiting list. Very impersonal and kind of an approach of “we have a huge interest in our classes so we don’t really care whether you decide to stay or go”. The coach seemed friendly.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your trial didn’t meet expectations. Our coaches are there to support and welcome every family, and it’s clear we fell short this time. We'll address this to ensure trial sessions are more structured and personal at the stadium you attended. Please reach out to us if you'd like to discuss your experience further. Thanks TeamDiddi
My daughter had a trial at hebburn recently and enjoyed it and we were going to sign her up. She had the kit as her sister went 2 years ago but didn't enjoy it. We were told on sign up we had to pay £60 for the kit and 1st month, when we informed them we had the kit they said just order the next size up as it was compulsory. We were told at the session we did not need to order a kit as we had one and just pay the 1st month but on the phone we were told that wasn't the case and had to pay the £60 or couldn't sign up. Obviously another money making scam to extort money out of parents.

Hi Dean, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry that our values haven't aligned on this occassion. To clarify, we do not charge £60 for a kit- Our initial fee includes your first month of sessions which is £29.99, and we also have a mandatory starter pack fee of £29.99. For that, you receive: - A brand new football kit for your daughter, with the option to customise the top with her name and a number of your choosing - Our newest Diddikicks football - A toddler sized backpack - Our no-spills water bottle - A sticker chart to allow your daughter to start her journey of working towards her Development Beyond Football award - A play-contract to 'formalise' the signing ceremony and create a moment for your child. Potentially doing so in front of one of our TV backgrounds found on Youtube to really make her feel special. We believe firstly that £29.99 is a more than fair price for the above, that's without mentioning that it's free recorded delivery in a giant Diddikicks box. When you factor all that in, you're not just paying for individual items, but for a welcoming experience for your daughter that other customer's reviews and social media posts would attest to, to really get her excited for her first session in her new kit. I must object to the idea that any of this is a scam- All of those items have been carefully designed and produced with children like your daughter in mind, even down to the unboxing experience. Hopefully you can find something more suited to your needs. Best regards, Chris TeamDiddi
My son completed his attendance chart/sticker chart and his new kit come in the same size as his previous kit, when requesting the correct size this was declined and they told us we would have to pay. After paying £29 every month I thought this was appalling

Attended a trial for my toddler. Session was not aimed at toddlers, it was being ran by 3 teenagers who gave long explanations, spoke quietly and weren’t engaging for the children - for the price of the sessions I would have expected an adult with experience working and engaging with young children. Complicated explanations given which toddlers cannot understand. No songs, music, singing etc, nothing to engage toddlers. It was boring and it wasn’t fun.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your trial session did not meet your expectations. We offer free trial sessions to help parents determine if our program is a good fit for their child. Our coaches, while youthful in appearance, are qualified adults trained extensively in engaging with young children and facilitating their development. We believe that dismissing their capabilities based on age does a disservice to their professionalism and dedication. Our classes are designed for toddlers aged 18 months to 5 years, focusing on developing skills beyond just football, such as numeracy, motor skills, and social interaction. As clearly outlined in our materials, we do not incorporate songs or music, as our aim is to provide structured activities appropriate for toddlers, not babies. We understand that different programs suit different needs, and our approach may not align with your expectations at this time. We hope you might consider our program again in the future as your child grows and is ready for more structured activities. Thank you again for your feedback. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. Best regards, TeamDiddi
Left a review yesterday which has magically disappeared, no doubt Diddi kicks deleting any negative reviews! Poor coaching, as in there is none! Save yourself some money and buy some cones and a goal from Amazon.

Just get messed around, applied in may, was told we would be in by September still never heard anything. Then was sent an invite for a club no where near where we live, then our details was removed because it wasn’t accepted and decided to put us on the waitlist again to wait another 4 months! Shocking service, glad my son won’t be attending

Hi, Sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. I have looked into your profile and can see you emailed us in July asking where you are up to on the waiting list and we offered to put you on the waiting list for a nearby stadium with less of a wait (Halton). This was done and you were invited down to there on 25th October and we didn't hear back from you so you were removed from the system as we can't hold places due to the waiting lists. You then got back in touch on 14th November and we added you back onto the waiting list again and sent another invite via email. A text was then sent on 15th November and a voicemail left on 17th November. We didn't hear back from you after all 3 communications. The text says - "Please note, due to waiting lists, we can only hold the invite for 24 hours". Therefore we then removed you from our system assuming you were no longer interested due to no communication. You got back in touch on 20th November to tell us the day and time wouldn't work any longer as your circumstances had changed. We offered you a Saturday class at Halton or for you to wait for your original choice of Armley but as you had been removed from the system you would have been waiting from the bottom again for both classes. You then asked to be removed from the system. As you know yourself from being on the waiting list you can be waiting a long time for a place which is why we send the email then 24 hours later send a text and give you a further 24 hours to respond. If you would have got in touch to say Halton wasn't suitable and asked to remain on the Armley waiting list your details would not have been removed. Unfortunately we can't hold spaces/keep your details if we don't hear from you as other people are waiting for those spaces so wouldn't be fair to those waiting. Sorry we couldn't accomodate you at this time. Kind Regards, Becky
I have given the scourge on the fact that we did not get the socks for the kit free with it, I had to pay extra 5 pound for the including postage I have a nephew who attends diddie kiks and when he signed up he revived socks in his sign up bag,

Hi Mike, Sorry to hear you are not happy about not getting socks for free in your sign up pack. We do specifiy the socks don't come as part of the sign up pack in the sign up email and you have the opportunity to add them in at a discounted cost during the sign up process. As you didn't add them during sign up and bought them through our shop afterwards there will be a postage cost to pay as with any online orders. I imagine your nephew's parent added the socks as extra when they signed up which is why they received the socks. Kind Regards, Becky TeamDiddi
Kit has not been received and the dispatch team were not eager or helpful and did not resolve our query satisfactorily! One disappointed family!!!

Hi Sean. I must say I think a 1 star review for a postage delay seems a little harsh. As discussed via email, we're unable to raise an issue with Hermes, the courier, until their 3-5 day window has passed. I can see you wrote this on the 4th day. I appreciate you were eagerly awaiting your kit, but we did post your parcel along with 800 others. Once we pass beyond the 5 days, we're able to raise a complaint with Hermes, but wouldn't be able to take any action until that point. I'm sorry you've had a poor postage experience, but hope you enjoy your class this weekend.
Should clearly advertise that they are not an all inclusive company and have no facilities unless your neuro typical. Zero empathy shown.

Hi, I'm sorry you feel this way, it was myself that spoke to you via email and clearly explained and answered your questions as shown below - "Our coaches are not qualified to deal with autism but all we ask is that you speak to the coaches when you attend and discuss the best way your child can enjoy their experience as every child is different." As it says above our coaches are not qualified and as far as I'm aware after speaking to the coaches there were no issues at the class at the time of you attending your free trial. If you would like to discuss further please do get in touch. Kind Regards, Becky
I received an invite to attend, right place and time, and I’m here now Nobody turned up, no phone call, really poor Email to confirm trial, text message to ask me to confirm. What looked to be a really good experience, has in fact turned out to be nothing at all. The pictures look good and I was all for it, but bad form diddikicks

Hi, As you can see from the trial invite email above that was sent to you we are at a temp stadium in the hope that from a date in September (to be confirmed) we will be back at Marden Bridge Sports Centre. As you have found out today they unfortunately are not opening for our hire at the minute therefore we have been left to find a temporary venue until we can be back in. We would love to have you back down to the temp venue, if you are still interested. We have replied to your email sent this morning. Kind Regards, TeamDiddi
No involvement from whom running the class 1 member of staff may aswel not have been there. I could have got more out of my son at the park with the ball rather than that group
