“The stationery was beautiful quality and the service provided was faultless. Alex was extremely helpful when I called with a question and throughout the process I felt well cared for :) Although I wouldn’t wish to have reason to use them again too soon, I would definitely do so and highly recommend them.”

“I used Devine Funeral Stationery for the order of services for my mums funeral. Although the website was very easy to use and I loved the designs, I did find a small problem after ordering. I immediately phoned the customer service and spoke to a lovely man, who assured me that my design was perfect and nothing like the one I was then seeing on the order confirmation (which was wrong). When they arrived, they were indeed perfect and exactly what I had ordered and hoped for. Thank you so much to Devine Funeral Stationery.”

“I think I can safely say I have never found an easier publishing programme. Tried a few for Mums order of service and struggled - this one is brilliant. Also I rang the Company with a query and they responded immediately and with actual answers ! Very good price too - highly recommend.”

“The funeral announcement cards I received were well printed. However I had 2 issues: - I ordered textured white cards, but received plain untextured white cards. They were fine and we used them, but they were not what I had ordered and paid extra for. - the delivery times are a little unclear. The website states free next day delivery, and due to wanting to notify people of my mother’s death as soon as possible, I thought this would suit me well. There is more detail later that suggests the delivery will be 1-2 days, and it did take 2 days. It wasn’t a big problem, but was a little unclear (and I had ordered the cards early in the morning in the hope that this would enable next day delivery). Perhaps if I had contacted the company directly to explain the urgency then they may have been able to do something quicker, but I found the claims of next day delivery a little misleading. Apart from that, I was happy with the service and the communication.”

“Just wanted to say how very pleased we were with the funeral service sheets. They were much better than expected. I was really impressed with the ease of setting it up online and how intuitive it was and got to a final version in no time at all. The only thing that would have elevated the template that I used would have been the ability to enlarge one of the photos. Really appreciated the quick response to my questions and the quick turnaround; actually quicker than the local print shop could do. The whole process was seamless and took a lot of stress out of a stressful time for us all. Thanks again”
