“The quality of the finished product and the delivery time from order was superb. Everybody that saw the finished article was full of praise. My Mother would have been delighted. The choice of ready-made options was wide and easily navigated. But the software that helped me to design the stationery was poor. Completion of pages 1 & 4 was easy, but pages 2 & 3 were an absolute nightmare! It's four months ago now so I can't recall the exact terminology used, but the help videos just did not work at all. So I had to figure it all out by trial and error. What should have taken 15 mins at most took me hours! By this time of course I'm against the clock in order to give you guys time to supply. This was not what I needed at this time.”

“Very good service and product. I changed my mind with the text after i had placed the order and when i phoned to ask if i could make the changes they advised me that they had already printed the order of service but they were more than happy to make the changes and reprint.”

“The process was easy to follow and delivery was super quick. The quality of the finished product was excellent. Although not cheap this stationary was a lovely way of helping the family to say goodbye to a loved one. Also because of the limit on numbers at the funeral (due to COVID) we were able to give those not attending a way of being part of the process”

“There is a great selection of templates, which are straight forward to use, and I was really pleased with the order of service I designed. The 'how to' videos are clear too. My order was processed quickly, to meet my (tight) timescale and I was very happy with the final booklets, which were good quality. An excellent service and good value for money.”
