“I found the website clear, and the order of service template very easy to use (having tried a different company which I abandoned due to glitches in the template). The communication was excellent, next day delivery as promised, and the order of service was good quality and printed exactly as we wanted. An excellent service I will recommend.”

“Had a few minor issues which were sorted out very quickly. I actually gave the wrong post code for delivery, Alex Devine pulled out all the stops got it corrected and made certain delivery was on time. The stationary was first class, would definitely recommend.”

“Navigation when designing the order of service can sometimes be a bit of a struggle however the quality & delivery of the order of services were brilliant. Devine have very competitive prices compared to funeral directors. I would highly recommend Devine”

“Very disappointing. I paid for the template and when it came through it was sent in a non printable format I.e not across a leaflet and also with the logo on the backpage. I then had to go and pay for someone I resign it.”

Hi Priya, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. All PDF's are print-ready files and the PDF is single-sided ready to use, we do not send the PDF in any other format i.e booklet format as the PDF is used in different ways. If you took the time to contact us we would have sorted out the PDF and created the booklet for you. In regards to the logo on the back, it is placed within the design when you personalised the design within our editor, we are not sure how you missed this? again if you took the time to contact us we would have been more than happy to remove the logo for you. “The template for the Order of Service booklet was simple to use and when I did have a question, the emailed response was prompt and helpful. The final booklet was, quite frankly, the best I've seen; excellent quality design and printing on white 'satin' card. We all agreed it was perfect.”

“I had to organise my Mum's memorial service from Australia. This was a brilliantly easy way to get the Order of Service done and delivered to a UK address ahead of the service date. Communication was great. Delivery efficient and as promised. Quality excellent. Would definitely recommend. 3 areas I would have liked to be different (and I'm being super fussy here!): 1. I originally decided to just have a 4 page document and typed everything out. I then decided to add photos - so had to make it an 8 page document. I would have liked to have been able to add photos on the same pages as text or at least be able to insert a page of photos in-between text pages rather than have the photo pages at the end because I couldn't be bothered to re-type everything. Would be good to be able to insert or move pages around. If this is possible, the way to do it isn't clear and no-one could respond to me as it was a Sunday. 2. My final document was 8 pages (so 2 sheets of A4 folded). The cover was a heavier paper (almost card-like) but the inner sheet was lighter/thinner. I would have preferred all sheets to be equal in weight/thickness as page 2 was normal text but on card and different to other text pages. 3. I had quite a lot of text to fit on a few pages. I viewed my copy via a preview button and it looked like I had space underneath my bottom lines but actually when printed, there wasn't and it looked odd. Please add a message that stresses that the edge of the online pages you type into is the actual paper edge with no print margin. Like I said - being super-fussy because I was actually really pleased with what I received.”
