“Despite having floods and very poor weather conditions ,you were able to be very helpful and deliver by hand the order of service sheets to a relative who lives in North Wales. This saved a great deal of concern regarding delivery on time Thank you”

“Once I understood how to use and adapt the numerous templates it was easy to use. Very flexible to include text and download photos. Even after sending the info through to Devine we spotted a typo and contacted them to make the correction, we received excellent service. Proof was sent through once checked received the finished stationery very promptly. Will definitely use Devine again in the future.”

“Really pleased to have found Devine, who provided an excellent service. I designed the funeral stationery myself using their templates. Some of the software was a bit clunky and I kept inadvertently losing changes I had made, but it meant that the final product was exactly what we wanted.”

“We did find the website a little complicated when trying to delete a page, however they were very helpful on the phone and I did manage to sort it all out. Extremely efficient on printing and posting back to us. Would definitely recommend.”

“Excellent way to get exactly what you want at a good price. Sending an email to confirm your design gives you the chance to see exactly what your item will look like and a chance to change anything. Customer was service was great - I changed a picture at the last minute and they did it straight away with no problems at all. Delivery was fast and the finished item looked great.”

“Hi. I think you need to look at your on line forms. George Henderson is my Dad. He was the name on the Order of Service! You sent a receipt to him and you have asked him for your comments. Perhaps because I used his credit card as he wished to pay for his cremation. No problem thanks for the work you did it was fantastic. Kindest Regards Neal Henderson (Son)”

“This is the first time I have ever had to even think about an order of service but after my brother died. I wanted a personal touch. I didn’t want to have a generic order of service for his funeral, I wanted good quality and a layout that I could choose not one assigned to him. I found Devine and I loved it. I found my way around the site and at 11:30pm at night(!) when I got stuck and sent an email, I got a response! It made me so happy and when I rang with a special request and found out it was a family run business, I knew my wishes were in safe hands. I got a next day delivery and when I needed extra, they were sent. The quality, the design and the choice were better then I could have hoped; every picture had clarity, the layout, the paper the experience of creating so special and one of a kind was made better by Devine. I really hope I don’t need Devine again but not only would I recommend them, I will use them knowing me and my family’s wishes will be in safe hands. Thank you Devine.”

“Devine made making the order of service easy at a very difficult time. the range of format choices is spectacular and the web site is easy to use to create exactly what you need to remember your loved one . We had a couple of questions which Alex helped resolved quickly and easily. Funeral stationary is not something you look forward to doing but these folks make it easy and painless and the final product is exceptional.”
