“Our order was placed during the Christmas break and was only received by you on the 2nd January. With the funeral arranged for the 6th we knew it would mean someone realising the short timeframe. However the order arrived on the morning of the 3rd! Many thanks for your prompt attention to our order. You clearly realised that with the holidays we had a very tight schedule so we really appreciate your kindness.”

“Exceptional service & product. The order of service for my mum’s funeral was stunning. I was worried about paper quality but I didn’t need to, the finished product was a high quality with amazing photo’s & print quality. I also needed extra copies & customer service was excellent in arranging this for me.”

“We received a couple of calls to clarify things related to our order. Somehow we had even managed to make a mistake in the postcode. This was quickly rectified and we really appreciated the personal care to make sure everything was in order. The stationery arrived on time, which quickly removed stress from our side. The printing and quality was wonderful and we really appreciated the care which was taken. Thank you!”

He was so patient and supportive, making sure I was totally happy with something that was so personal and difficult, nothing was too much trouble. They arrived in perfect time and were beautiful. “I have used Devine 3 times in the last 3 years after the loss of my mum, my dad and then my wife just a month ago. Doing the order of serviceis one of the hardest things to do when doing funeral planning. Devine completely take away the stress. Alex has helped me each time and it is clear he takes immense pride. I am so grateful to him. The feedback provided for the order of service done for my wife was brilliant. It really was a stunning piece ot work. What is all the more remarkable is the cost. “The Order of Service was beautifully printed, exactly as I had hoped. The web-site was easy to negotiate. I had some problems changing my text to either italics or bold but I suspect that was a problem with my 12 year old Macbook rather than the website and I managed to sort it out.”

“The design team were very accommodating and quick with the design straight through to delivery. In a very difficult time they were kind and considerate. The end product was beautiful and was commented on by friends a family and make a lovely keepsake too. They were also competitively priced.
