“I have been extremely delighted by the excellent customer service offered by Devine. Emails answered almost instantly, very speedy proofs and delivery and a quality product at the end. But above all it was the great personal care and attention provided that made the process so outstanding at what is a difficult time for customers. Thank you very much.”

“The service from Devine was exemplary. On the two occasions when I had a query whilst using the online template, Alex insisted on calling me rather than have dialogue using the messaging system. The website is pretty intuitive and Alex offered to fine tune my final version to enable my photo collage. Some of the changes Alex made were due to my incompetence and I was very appreciative of the effort and time he gave me. I have a stack of stationery from other funerals and Devine's is by far the best in terms of quality and look. It could have been a stressful time after my bereavement Alex made things 100% easer. Thank You”

“I can't thank the team at Devine enough! Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself without an Order of Service on a Friday for a funeral on the Monday. Using Devine, I created the order of service online and Alex helped me ensure that I received the printed copies on the Saturday, so I had in time for the funeral. Stress free and superb service at a very difficult time. Thank you again”

“From start to finish, the service I received from Alex was both personal & professional. His exemplary kindness was just what was required at a difficult time. “So difficult at such a sad time BUT easy website to use for design. Beautiful designs on the order of service, lovely people when I called as we were short of time AND delivered next day with superb quality. Mum would have been pleased :-). Thank you”

“Very easy to create your funeral stationery, uploading text and photographs was simple and made the stress of the process much easier. I would recommend this company not only for ease of designing but also for quality and speed of delivery, we received the order on the Friday after submitting the order about 4.30pm on the Wednesday.”

“The order of service was superb. Everything from the quality of the print to the easy to follow design tool meant that the finished result was exactly what we wanted. The customer service we received was excellent and we honestly couldn’t have been happier with the finished product. Thank you to the Devine funeral team. “The website looks very user friendly but the diagrams are confusing, its hard to know to move onto next page or not, whether your own art is going to upload. But the choice of styles isvast and modern and there are lots of choices. Very good. I called the number on the site for support and the call handler was no less than amazing! The price was reasonable especially once I saw the quality and they arrived the next day even tho I ordered them at lunchtime. Highly recommend!”

“Overall very good service, quality of print was excellent as was the card used. Very efficient and accessible service from start to finish. Only slight negative was that we found the on-line template difficult to navigate after the first page and had to enlist the help of our daughter.”
