“HAVING BOOKED OUR HOLIDAY LAST YEAR TO DUBIA NADINE RECOMMENDED HOTELS FOR US, WE CAME HOME AND BOOKED LAST WEEK TO THE SAME HOTEL, JUST LIKE TO SAY NADINE IS A 1ST CLASS TRAVEL AGENT AND WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HER TO OUR FRIENDS.”

“I booked our Dubai trip via phone since I wanted to stay in two different hotels. There was no issue in doing this plus the Vic (the agent helping me with the booking) made sure that the executive room in the first hotel had the facilities we were looking for. He rang the hotel concerned before booking the appropriate room. We have travelled with Destination 2 before and their service is excellent. If the information you need is not online, then a call to a helpful agent is very productive.”

“We had a very stressful five days because your Tracy Jagger who we booked with did not actually book the flights! We kept trying the Etihad web site to choose seats but booking code was invalid. Etihad said the flight was not ‘ticketed’ and seats were being booked up by other customers. However Your Matt resolved the problem and chose seats for us next to each other. That was after contacting your customer services, another of your sales reps, repeated tries on the web site and repeated calls to Etihad Airways. We hope that your Tracy Jagger has booked the hotel and car transfer If she did not book the flights we do wonder.”

“Excellent service from Danielle on Saturday morning. She understood exactly what we were looking for and when she discovered there was only one room left on the island where we wanted to book went out of her way to ensure the booking team got in touch with the island in the Maldives directly to secure the room. She then called me personally to confirm everything was booked. First class service - thank you. This is the second trip with Destination 2 and would use them again without hesitation.”

“After flight change I emailed customer services several times with no response. Called sales telephone number and got Samantha who was polite, good at her job and dealt with everything. You would have got 5 stars if your customer service had responded to start with. 5 stars for Samantha though.”
