“David Bryant was the first person I spoke to who was very polite and helpful. He made the experience of buying a holiday enjoyable due to his friendly interaction with me. Advice was offered and I was never put under any pressure to purchase. After the holiday was bought a follow up call was made to inform me that the balance had been received and travel documents had been sent. Overall experience was good.”

“I've never had a problem before but with booking the return flight destination was incorrect on the ABTA, Booking documents and Etickets. I spoke with someone in your office and the first two were corrected, Eticket was still incorrect. I called again and was told I had to email the problem. Still waiting for reply. Not impressed.”
