Wouldn't use the company again. Had to use a voucher by year end despite COVID still not being over and would not be flexible. Other companies have been much more flexible which is why they will get my custom in future. A 3 month extension really isn't a huge ask.

Mr Demitris, please may we reiterate from our emails to you that the credit note expiry date is a book by date, you did not have to travel by 31 December 2021. You appear to have not appreciated this as you have now booked again for October 2021 using the credit. You could have made a new booking up to 31 December 2021 for travel in 2022/2023 subject to the availability which we feel is very flexible.

I was on the Destination2 website on Friday waiting for the government travel changes to be announced and struggled with my online booking. Kelly Bateman rang me to sort this out and I informed her that I was waiting for the announcement. She said she would ring me back once this happened which she did and within 20 minutes I had booked my holiday to the Maldives and received my travel documents. Kelly is an absolute dream to deal with and I couldnt recommend her enough. I will definitely be speaking to her again about holidays in the future

Website was clear and easy. The Booking paperwork came through quickly and was very clear. So many other websites we visited to book a holiday were so unclear about what it is you are getting when booking (e.g. board basis etc). FAQ section of website was also helpful and that saved us having to call the company when we did have a question as it was answered in that section. We still wait to see how the company perform if there are any issues whilst we are away but the booking process was great and we will definitely use them again.

Found the holiday on the Thursday, arrived at the destination a few days later. Quick and easy process, will definitely use again. Highly recommended .

Great reassuring service, even for the very experienced traveller. I had some questions and nagging doubts even though I had been to dubai 18 times and usually book completely online the agent was extremly knowledgeable and answered everything to such a degree i booked there and then. Lets not forget it was the best price too!

Booked holiday 16 September and I received an email saying I would get further contact within 72 hours by telephone or email but today is 22nd september and I've still not received call or email.

Booked a holiday with you for the first time 5 days prior to going. I have not received any hotel voucher or confirmation. Tried ringing several of times but the phone just gers disconnected. How an earth ate you suppose to get through and get your hotel voucher

Hello Sharan, the booking traced for you show it was made online on 19 September and your paperwork was sent on email on 21 September, inside the 72 hours advised on the website. Perhaps you have overlooked this timescale. Please kindly check your junk/spam mail for the hotel voucher in case your emails filter it as it has been sent. Since the paperwork was sent in 48 hours, we do not feel that the review is warranted but if you have further comment, the booking paperwork will show contact details.

Excellent service. It was worth the half hour wait to get connected ! When I was finally through to the travel consultant, Sean, he was patient knowledgeable and very helpful and guided us easily through through the whole booking process. In the end we paid more than we had budgeted for but are confident we have booked the right holiday for us.

Always loved it and previously recommended to loads. However, got a voucher code to use due to COVID but never been able to use it. Tried using online not accepted, tried phoning told strictly only online. Tried emailing no answer, tried escalating via phone no comeback. Chasing our tails with this for 18 months. Gone from a gold star service to absolutely shocking.

I was really pleased with the help u received from destination 2 and our agent, Kelly. Kelly was very helpful and sorted our booking quickly. However, my only comment so far is that I had to wait for 45 minutes to speak to an agent.
