Horrendous service, ordered a sweatshirt, they sent a pair of shoes, 3 working days later no reply to my emails or calls. Will not be using again

Never received the bottoms to the tracksuits was my son's Christmas present got charged full peice never revived bottoms just jumper I tried to ring I've emailed and no response robbing company

It was terrible because I selected next day delivery and I even had a conformation email saying it will be delivered on the 27th and the dpd app is saying it will be delivered on the 30th. Furthermore when I tried to make a complaint or talk to somebody nobody is ever there and I can’t get my £5 refund.

I have e mailed 3 times as I was charged delivery and shouldn’t have been as I spent £157 ! I was told this was an online error and would be refunded..still waiting with no response to my e mails...very poor customer service !

Ordered trainers, they sent me the wrong colour. When I emailed to ask them to correct this I got no reply.

Really bad customer service, do not shop here. Item was meant to be delivered next day, instead it took a week and a half. Royal mail marked the item as delivered when it hadn’t been and the customer service i received about this issue from Designerwear was shocking, they said ‘If royal mail says it’s been delivered, that’s what we have to tell you.’ they said they will have to open a case with royal mail to try find the item and would not offer me for a replacement to be sent out or a refund, or even more clarity on the situation. Luckily the parcel turned up in the end because if it didn’t i doubt these people would have bothered to sort me a replacement in time for christmas.

bought a pair of Tommy Mallet Trainers the Trainers turned up dirty on the inside like someone previously wore them with fake tan on before returning the item, Absolutely no attempt to solve the issue from customer services, wouldn’t recommend

I order a size 10 and received a size 6. They were for a present so that was a disaster.

Product did not meet expectations. I sent him back and asked if I could get my money back. Through my track and trace number I saw that he arrived a week ago. E-mails are not answered and cannot be reached by telephone. Product and money gone! Order nothing here!

Hello , I have been meaning to write to you but I have TRIED to be extremely patient. I have never seen such poor service from a certified company before. I have not received my sweatshirt that I had ordered (BOSS sweatshirt). I demand an immediate refund as I am extremely disappointed and I would like for the manager to get in contact with me on my email khanhanax@gmail.com and I have a great mind to file a formal complaint as I am extremely disappointed. I not only had to go to a birthday party completely empty handed, but even after the sweatshirt was not sent to me. I am extremely disappointed and hope to hear from someone soon.

On this occasion I can only put one star as the shirt I ordered did not say in description that it was a slim fit and my husband is not a slim fit shirt guy! Therefore was a waste of money.

Ordered two size mediums and one fits, the other is far too big. I have put them together and the bigger one is at least two inches to the side larger than the other.

I will be happy to give a full review once I receive a refund for the purchase that has today been returned to yourselves as you sent the incorrect bag and not the one that I had ordered. Currently disappointed as this is the first time I had used yourselves and have had no response to the email sent and could not get through on telephone
