Made a mistake and sent me out the wrong size. No problem. Didn't have the correct size to send me after that When I asked if they had any other sizes they just stopped communicating. Ill go somewhere else. Ta.

I was on a page looking for men’s boxers. I chose a 3 pack and clicked on it. I received 3 men’s vests. I have no idea how this occurred as there were no vests on my page. However the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful but it was a pity that he could not take my order over the phone. I did not find your web site at all easy to use

I ordered a a couple of Hugo boss t-shirts and paid for next day delivery. It’s not Monday and it’s still not been delivered.

Not very happy paid extra so I could get it delivered next day it came 2 days after.

Returns policy is terrible, not enough information about sizes, no reviews on products to source information, overall terrible experience, I had to pay £13 to return a parcel back to you that I already paid £180 for, absolute obsurd

Good Morning Blake, I am sorry to hear you do not agree with our returns policy, we would recommend checking these before you place an order with us to ensure that you are happy with the policies. It does state on the returns/exchanges page that you have to return the item back to us at your own cost, if you wish to exchange an item we then post this back out to you free of charge. Our size guides are on every product page, you need to click on the size guide option and then depending on which item you have selected the relevant size guide will show. I have attached an image for reference, I am unsure what extra information you would require for size guides on shoes. We would appreciate if you can amend this review as it seems a little unfair to state that you have had a terrible experience due to wanting to return an item to us as it does not fit and you are unhappy with the return policy, but it does clearly state this and this should be checked upon before making a purchase with us Thank you

DONT BOTHER UNLESS YOU ARE SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE.!!!! Will never use this company again. Shocking!!! Had to pay £15.00 second class Royal Mail postage to return a pair of trainers that were not suitable.

Very bad first use of this site, my order is missing and they have offered very little help insisting I should contact the police when they know its a civil dispute which mean they need to sort this issue themselves. Wont be using again as im out of pocket at present with poor customer service.

good morning shereece, we contacted you in regards to this yesterday. We have carried out our usual procedure. we have contacted Royal Mail after receiving the information from you. We are currently waiting further information from them. You stated that this had been delivered to a neighbour who lives in the same apartment building to yourself. we suggested contacting your local authorities in order to try and retrieve the parcel safely. You also stated that you tried to ask for the parcel from your neighbour and they insist they do not have this despite being signed for by a 'SUE' at 602. We want you to retrieve your parcel, therefore we suggested that you contact the police so they could perhaps approach your neighbour and request the parcel, as I said I have raised this with Royal Mail and I am waiting fora response in order to request further information. At the moment with current circumstances they are slow at responding so this may take up to 7 working days to receive a response. Thank you

good afternoon Colin, unfortunately when tracking it looks like this order has been mis routed by Royal Mail, please see their response below on the tracking page : Sorry, your item went to Metheringham SPDO in error, so we re-routed it immediately. More information will be available as it travels through our network. This is a standard service and this can take 2-4 working days to be delivered. I would expect to see an update on this tracking by close of play today and hopefully see movement on this tomorrow. We would appreciate if you could amend this review as this is a Royal Mail review as this was despatched from our warehouse and is the fault of Royal Mail that this unfortunately has been misrouted. Thank you

I am an existing customer that has bought from you guys before and I feel honestly let down u advertised something as men’s size n it turned out to be for kids I’m very unhappy now I have to return something needs to be done about this n I shouldn’t have to pay to return this item so I will be making a formal complaint

I've tried to contact as I did on the day of delivery as the address on my order didn't include my house number '20'. I've had no reply to my email with the reference on and don't know if my item will be redelivered.

Good Morning Josh, We are very sorry for the issue we had with the stock. We did unfortunately have an old listing go live on our website which of course allowed an item that we didn't have in stock able to sell. We reached out to you with the stock issue and then offered you a full refund or an exchange for another item. I feel this is a little unfair to say the service was poor. We explained our reasoning for this, it doesn't happen very often but mistakes do happen which we have apologised for. Could you perhaps amend this review? Thank you

** updated review** so was asked to update my review! Having read the reviews on this website I’m not the only one to fall fail of the spend over 125 for next day delivery. May I suggest the team review their ordering page as it still states order over 125 for next day Delivery. - cannot see that this is before a certain time etc etc - misleading and miss selling - BE AWARE! Very confusing. Spend over £125 to receive next day delivery and it turns up 4 days later. Be aware if your in a rush. Lost an entire day waiting in for a delivery that never arrived. Confusing messages from customer services, no wonder the Customer struggles even the customer services representative got it wrong... no apology, no offering of any compensation. Shame really they do some nice stuff but you must read the small print....

Good Morning Daniel, I responded to you myself stating that unfortunately you missed the cut off for next day delivery on Friday evening. Our cut off is 4pm which is clearly stated on our website. When you go to add the product to the basket it states underneath that you must order within the next so many hours and minutes to receive on the next available working day. you ordered at 5:32 pm on friday. On our site it also states that the service DPD Local Next Day Delivery is Next Working Day. DPD Local Next Day parcels only are delivered between the days of Monday-friday which is also stated on our website. They offer a dedicated Saturday service for this reason. In my original email I mistaken your order time with another whilst typing which I apologised for. However when revising I stated that you had in fact ordered outside of the 4pm cut off point for Friday despatch. Therefore was not despatched with DPD until Monday which meant the Next Working day for delivery as stated would have been Tuesday. We apologise for any confusion, we would appreciate if you could amend this review. Thank you

Good afternoon Joe, unfortunately if you placed on Saturday with next day service we are closed over the weekend and this is clearly stated our website. Also when you order the item it says order within X amount of days and hours to receive ... this would have said Tuesday as we cannot process the order until Monday then this will be despatched Monday for you I Can see that you requested for this to be re located and delivered to a pick up shop. When requesting to change delivery this occurs the next working day. So I can see you requested this change yesterday and this is being re delivered today. So this is not a late delivery. Could you please remove this review as this is untrue and unfair. Thank you

I have never experienced anything like this I ordered a pair of shoes which I were faulty and I returned them for a refund in which they then took long to reply and explained that they have shipped them to the manufacturers and could only offer me store credit A week later they have now said they are not faulty and will neither offer me a refund, exchange or store credit! DO NOT SHOP HERE! My first and last time for sure.

Good Morning Matt, We apologise for the experience you had, it is procedure if an item is defected to send the item back to the brand as they are purchased direct from them, we looked at this product when it arrived back to us. Our returns department could not see any defect with this shoe. And the brand also inspected this and could not find any defect. Due to this, we had no option but to return the shoe to you, you had already worn this so we could not accept the return for an exchange. The item was not damaged therefore we could not accept for a faulty return. Can you please remove this review as this is unfair as the item was not fautly. thank you
