I payed for next day delivery but didn’t receive my item for 3 days. Other than that the t-shirts are good quality.

Items delivered promptly as advised. Items appear original, cannot verify authenticity. Size guide appears off, sizes are larger than measurements. Have returned items but have still not received a refund.

Order and shipment 5 stars. Customer service not there (i mean no one is there), ordered the wrong size, sent an email 5 minutes after the order, never got an answer , received items in wrong size, sent back for exchange. It probably cold have been avoided, as i said i’m yet to receive sn answer to my FIRST email...

Delivery was quick but upon reviving the item (Armani underwear ) the box was broken in several different places and held together on one side with sellotape. Not incredible impressed as they was supposed to be a Christmas present

Good Morning Hazel, May I ask why you were unhappy with the quality of the goods received. I can see you ordered an EA7 Hooded Sweatshirt, I can confirm that these come direct from Armani, and therefore I am unsure why the quality would be not up to satisfaction. I can see that you have not made contact with us in regards to this order. Have you already returned this to us? In future, please reach out to us first with issues such as this so we can help resolve this for you before writing a negative review. cannot comment on the item because I have not received it, was supposed to be delivered two days ago, received an email informing me my item would be delivered but it never was

Good Afternoon, it looks like you ordered this late on Tuesday evening, and then this was despatched on Wednesday. Royal Mail do state that this is a 3-4 working day standard service. I can see that this was delivered on Monday 16th November. Could you please review this and amend? Thank you

Items I ordered were not as described and cost. £8.60 to return as returns aren’t free so for this reason I won’t be ordering from designer wear again .

good morning Kirsty, unfortunately we had received a different style than which we were intending on receiving and they had the sam barcodes on the boxes, so this was scanned in to our system and sold within minutes of being live. we have since resolved this with you. I bought MALLET shoes from Designerwear and received a pair of shoes that were completely different to the image on the website. Designerwear changed the image of these trainers on the website a few days later.

Good Morning, this is stated on our website that we recommend you purchase the size up as they are quite fitting. we recommend that you do read the full description on our site before placing your order, as we have clarified this in the description to make sure you purchase the correct size. I made a purchase but the T-shirt’s were to small, need to send them back however no one there to speak to on the phone and I do not have access to a printer so am concerned about returning the items back for a refund, I have emailed enquires but no response so far

good morning, if the item is too small you must return the items back to us, you can do this by following these steps: If you wish to return your order, please follow the below steps. Please return to the PO Box return address stated on the invoice provided. Write on your invoice whether you wish to receive a refund or exchange, if an exchange please state what you wish to exchange for. Please enclose the invoice inside your return. Once received our returns department will process this accordingly. we have also emailed you back in response to this Thank you

I felt that the material is a little thin and am not keen on a loose neck as I would had prefer a more tighter round the neck.

My son love the product I bought but I wish they’d mention how is the product fitting, my son normally wear medium or large, I bought x-large was tight fit so I have to send back then ordered xxlarge

The cardboard delivery box was battered looked like had been thrown around and then the shoe box was battered too the lid was ripped and down the side of it was too. They’re on their way back now as the fitting wasn’t right also.
