We were sent radiator pipe covers which turned out to be chrome pipes. I called Designer Bathrooms and they sent out the part the next day. All of our order was delivered promptly.
I knocked off one star because they were very poor at communicating delivery times. My order was delivered in three parts and only one of the delivery firms notified me of delivery. Even then it was on the delivery day so pretty useless. It would have been helpful to have more notice of delivery dates and times. Instead I had to call to find out.
