The radiator I ordered was delivered quickly and in good condition. One area for improvement was the notification the item had been despatched did not indicate an expected delivery date so I had no idea when it was being delivered or by who. As it happens I was expecting other deliveries that day it arrived so not an issue but could be for people who work.
