I got order after 3 days and missed my 3-4 days for applying cream and got my pigmentation back again. Please be advised that every treatment should be used for at least 8-12 weeks in order to give the medicines the chance to take effect. Your treatment progress is monitored by our dermatology team every 12 weeks to assess progress and determine the next steps. It is likely that the skin can appear darker if it is drier.
It does look like there is an issue processing the second treatment and you should have received an email about this but I have passed this back to the customer care team to help you further with this.

“Brilliant service! They offer a personalised treatment service for addressing your skin concerns. Tretinoin has worked marvellously for dealing pigmentation/melasma. The new skincare range is fabulous. I’ve tried the squalance cream cleanser which is lush and the glycerin cleanser, after which your skin feels fresh & clean not tight. The hylauronic acid is also great and the range is a great price point. All in all it’s pretty perfect.”
