“Initially disappointed to be prescribed something which I have tried before (adapalene) at an equal percentage with only 1 additional active (niacinamide) at a lower percentage than I was using prior to contacting Dermatica. I was hoping for something not readily available or previously used to treat my acne with the added characteristics of treating my other skin concerns. Time will tell if effective (I have been asked to review after 1 week) but I was expecting a more bespoke dermatological prescription. Ordering process and despatch was very quick.”

“Honestly I cannot tell anymore. I've been with Dermatica for about half a year now and the state of my skin keeps fluctuating. My skin is now currently worse than its ever been and worse than when I started with Dermatica.
While it may work for some people I don't know if it's working for me at all even with a very stripped back routine. When you try to get help with this all they seem to say is it can get worse a few weeks in. But its been months and still this. I'm paying for this service each month I'm expecting proper dermatologist advice and guidance.
The customer service can be very helpful and great and sometimes not. Trying to get help sometimes can be hassle. I hope my skin improves eventually or I'm probably going to have to give up on this service for good.”
