“All over great products but the extra carboard sleeve that comes with the new packing is so unneccessary and not ecofriendly! Would have given a higher rating if the products came with less packaging.”

“Honestly I cannot tell anymore. I've been with Dermatica for about half a year now and the state of my skin keeps fluctuating. My skin is now currently worse than its ever been and worse than when I started with Dermatica.
While it may work for some people I don't know if it's working for me at all even with a very stripped back routine. When you try to get help with this all they seem to say is it can get worse a few weeks in. But its been months and still this. I'm paying for this service each month I'm expecting proper dermatologist advice and guidance.
The customer service can be very helpful and great and sometimes not. Trying to get help sometimes can be hassle. I hope my skin improves eventually or I'm probably going to have to give up on this service for good.”

“I had a brilliant result in first 8 weeks however soon as I started my 2nd phase treatment with Trenitoin 0.5% and hydroquinone my melasma relapsed, had dry, inflamed and painful skin. So far no deterioration and no further improvement either however I am happy to continue treatment in hope for the best. “I have been using cleansing gel since I started my treatments. I do find the cleanser is not as good as use to be. For the first few purchases I only need to use 2/3 pumps to clean my face. But recently I need to use double the amount of cleanser to clean my face. I have been used the cleanser for 8 months because my face are very sensitive so I haven’t changed it yet.
I used the moistures for about 8 months I am impressed with the product.”
