Initially disappointed to be prescribed something which I have tried before (adapalene) at an equal percentage with only 1 additional active (niacinamide) at a lower percentage than I was using prior to contacting Dermatica. I was hoping for something not readily available or previously used to treat my acne with the added characteristics of treating my other skin concerns. Time will tell if effective (I have been asked to review after 1 week) but I was expecting a more bespoke dermatological prescription. Ordering process and despatch was very quick.
