Hi Sania, Your parcel was shipped from us but unfortunately the courier companies tracking had stopped and so they declared your parcel lost. We offered to reship or refund as soon as we were made aware of this. Apologies the courier company have let us down on this occasion. Kind regards Dermacare

Hi Sumaya, Delivery was attempted but the courier was unable to access your premises. The parcel was put on hold while a contact telephone number was requested. Unfortunately you emails arrived over Bank Holiday here in the UK and so were not answered until our return to the office. The courier rescheduled your delivery and delivery has been made. “I have recently purchased the silicone décolletage pad, and it worked instantly, I noticed improvements in my skin after wearing for one night, this product is amazing!!! I'm on my third week now and it's still sticking and stays in place even when I'm sleeping on my side, some occasional movement, but not too much. I will be purchasing this product again, and looking at other things from derma care. Fantastic, I would have to use creams for weeks to get the same results!!”

“Brilliant selection and quality of products/ brands. I have use Jan Marini Bioglycolic Cleanser for many many years. It was a fantastic product for my active acne without the harsh “scrub” effect and now many years down the line is doing a great job keeping skin smoother looking!”

“Excellent service on ordering and delivery. With regard to the product Sebclair shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis I was very disappointed. The product is for sensitive scalps (which I have) and my scalp was left very dry and itchy after using it. However the creamy shampoo felt good to use.”
